The flamboyant heavy set guy that wears the earrings is the worst. I purchased an annual pass and he never told me until after that there was a previous balance on the account. He said "BTW, you can't even get into the park because there's a balance. They made me pay $900 to get into the park after I had already paid $200 to buy the annual pass. The guy was super rude and passive aggressive and he purposely didn't tell me to ruin my day. I hope they fire him because he's a terrible person. BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE!!! I bought a ticket with them last Monday November 10, 2025. The next day I called them as I probably won't be able to attend the concert on January 31, 2026 as a family commitment will be happening. I called them to see if they had a resale program like Stub Hub that I used with ease. They said no, but referred me to Lysted.com. Lysted.com sent me a text to open account including asking for social security account number. RED FLAG! When I went to look back at my ticket to list on Stub Hub, I noticed there was only a Row A, no exact seat. I contacted them to ask what my actual seat number is and got the response, "your ticket will be delivered on January 30, 2026," the day before the concert! When I told them this was not okay, I would give them until Monday (7 days after the purchase) to provide an exact seat or I will contact my credit card company. After that statement to them I have received 3 calls a day, multiple emails and text messages to try to resolve before escalating with my credit card company. My message to them was simple, provide an exact seat or I will escalate. My card company is now working on it. read more

If I could give a negative I would. This is an absolutely horrible company. They gave me tickets and then the link was invalid. Nothing. So I called them and they said they would contact the reseller. No word. I had to call again and was told the tickets were sold but they promise to give me the same or better tickets. I said no. I want my money back. They said I couldn't unless they can't give me my tickets two days before the event. So now I am at their mercy and I do not trust them. Absolutely atrocious customer service. I bought a 10 days tickets for Walt Disney Theme Parks and I added the Water Parks option for all the family (4 of us). The girl who sold us the tickets was very helpful and pleasant. But when I came back at the Official Ticket Center because I'd had a problem with the duration of the tickets, I was faced with an unpleasant man who clearly doesn't know what " CUSTOMER SERVICE " means. When I told him that I probably received the wrong information, he told me that it was impossible because this had never happened before. So, he let me know that is was my fault and I had probably misunderstood what the girl said to us. I told him that we asked the question three times to the girl to make sure that we really understood what she said. So, I've repeated to him that I thought I did not receive the right information and it had cost us three days to the Water Parks because we took days off that we would not have taken. He took a condescending tone to tell me : - It's your vacation so you can take days off if you want. - But I wouldn't, if I had the good information. Instead of being sorry for us and trying to know why we didn't understand correctly the information, he was continuing to argue that it was my fault and it was impossible that an employee might have done a mistake in the transmission of the information. The fact remains that the girl who sold us the tickets was there and recognized me. She heard the discussion and approached. She told to the unpleasant man: I sold him the tickets, can I ? And the man with bad customer service, believe it or not, said : NO ! So, I told her : I remember you too. Then, I asked to the unpleasant man : Why don't you want her to speak to me ? I do not shout, I'm polite. He wanted me to wait for another guy, but I wanted to talk with the girl who remembered me (that's normal). So, I asked to the girl: Do you remember, we asked you three times about the duration of the tickets ? What kind of customer service is that ? Is it that I stole something ? I have not even used an inappropriate language. Why would you call the police ? Why did you not let the girl talk to me ? Beware! I found the website for the Official Ticket Center claiming they gave the BEST prices on all the theme parks in Orlando. I spent $345 for tickets to two parks, one day tickets. A couple of days later I realized that Aquatica offered one day tickets for $20 less per person. When I called the company owner, Doug was extremely rude and offensive. He told me would he would be angry too if he hadn't done his homework before buying the tickets. Basically calling me an idiot for trusting his advertising. The site claims the best prices for theme parks. His attitude was unbelievable for someone who is in the customer service business. I would NEVER recommend this agency to anyone. I'm surprised by the negative review. We bought two day park hopper tickets and went to pick them up, they were waiting for us when we got there. The price was the best I found and I did a lot of looking. Also went on the website and bought tickets to Medieval Times, picked them up, the guy at the front desk called and made our reservation for us. Went to the show that night. Great customer service! We received all the information needed as it was our first time in Orlando. We got plenty of recommendations and they even let us know which parks to visit first since the season is changing and the prices will fluctuate. We paid for a four park sea-world,aquatics,Busch Gardens and Adventure Island. We bought 7 tickets. We drove over an hour to find out that Adventure Island was closed for the season.We went back to the ticket center and the man told us that they knew it was closed. Thru the process of purchasing tickets with this company i used my visa card and they charged the amount - then they advised that i would need to participate in a 3 way call with my bank to receive the tickets - i choose the option "refund" and they did a refund - short $90. because of the exchange from US to Canadian. I should have been credited the full amount. The purchase was less than $1,000 and they think they are important enought to waste my and my banks time with a call - i have purchased many things over a $1,000 with my credit card without speaking with my bank. This company offers an E-TICKET option to Walt Disney World Orlando, but if you are a foreign citizen they didn´t send you an e-ticket and automatically change your e-ticket order to pick up option without your previous approval. If you want to make a Fastpass+ reservation 30 or 60 days in advance, it is not possible. After I ordered 4 E-tickets the company processed my credit card and send me an information that they are not able to fulfill my E-ticket order because "All E-Ticket orders undergo a screening process with the issuing bank for the credit card details. We have been unsuccessful with your bank, as International Banks do not participate in the "AVS" (address verification system), and so, tickets will be held in our office for collection.". I was 100 % sure that there will not be any problem, because my card is not false, no stolen identity, it is not blocked by the bank and I have never ever has this problem in the USA before. According to the information they have already provided to me - they very well know that "International Banks do not participate in the "AVS". So they should not offer an E-ticket option for international citizens. I don´t recommend to use this company if a customer wants to make a fastpass+ reservation at Walt Disney World and is not from the USA. After some email communications with the company they refunded me the amount of tickets, but I had loose $50,50 due to 2 credit card fees. Before processing the money from the credit card, they should contact the customer if he or she agrees to change E-ticket option to pick up option. The owner of this company made an inappropriate joke of that after refund I can purchase with a serious website (I did and the another company send me e-tickets in 5 minutes). Was from out of town, went into the store and bought tickets for Universal Studios for one day, they promised a refund or exchange if unused. We reached the hotel within the hour and found out that Universal Studios is actually two separate parks, called back approx 45 min later to upgrade to two days (with the extra cost) , but Doug the Manager & Lisa refused to help in any way. "LIARS!! I purchased concert tickets on the phone. I told the woman I was ok waiting to buy them, but she told me that the tickets were going fast and that there were only a few left. I bought the tickets and found out that there were still plenty of tickets left and that I could buy them the day of the concert. Their website says full refund, which is a lie. They lie and manipulate you into buying expensive tickets. I talked to the manager, Mike, and he continued to interrupt me while I was speaking and said he couldn't do anything for me. They had great prices so we placed an order online. The order confirmation page stated that we would receive another email within 24 hours confirming the order had been processed and our tickets had been shipped. That email never came. when we called to confirm, they hadn't processed our order and never bother to call or email us! Not feeling comfortable with the ordering process and the company, we asked them to cancel the order. They agreed and we asked for am email confirmation of the cancellation......it never came. The Worst ticket buying experience i have ever had. There was a misunderstanding during buying the tickets, and i had to re-turn to their office to just clarify and seek their customer support if they could possibly do any thing about it and help. I didn't want to argue or debate. I was really surprised by the reaction of their manager, it seems that he immediately wanted to fight without even trying to understand the situation and he was so rude and disrespectful! He started yelling, shouting and bad mouthing in front of my family and kids!! It was really weird situation. Horrible after sales support, and they seem they have a clear attitude issue!
