The place has a curious feel. Photos of bodybuilder pros on one wall with trophies. Weird thing to note: it's sort of a gym. But really, when you walk in, it's a store. They sell water stuff and bikes. It's an interesting setup. Everything is super close together. The store is right next to gym machine and all gym stuff really close together. Drop in fee/day pass was $15 per person. Locker room has a shower, there is a water fountain, and there were a small handful of people there. Only/best "gym" option in the area. I wouldn't return unless I absolutely had to get my training in and there weren't any other options.
