During his assessment he noticed that my clavicle had not healed correctly after an accident when I was 12. He helped me understand that the symptoms I was experiencing were caused by my shoulder attempting to compensate for my clavicle not doing its job. After the adjustment he showed me one(!) exercise to do to strengthen my shoulder and give me more power while climbing. I did the exercises and haven't had the symptoms since.

I had multiple appointments cancelled by them and re scheduled. I missed one appointment, office said two, she immediately got defensive, argumentative followed with raising her voice. Being an adult and having a child yell at me when trying to figure out the billing problem was unacceptable. I cancelled my future appointments even though insurance was covering my appointment's.
