The activities are age appropriate and geared towards development; and fun for the kids! The facility is clean and well kept-I have never smelled anything other than food (which my son loves) or cleaning products. There are opportunities for extracurricular activities and programming for parents (which I intended to take advantage of but my schedule just didn't allow). Parental well being is encouraged by parent's night out where the staff graciously extend their day and allow us to be able to have kid free time to use as we please. Each day we are greeted by staff, and I have not had one negative encounter. Everyone is always positive and kind to myself and my son. I have seen him progress and grow in our short time here, and for that I am thankful. Security and safety are a priority, with codes and diligent staff who monitor incoming and outgoing persons. I love that I am able to check in on my son via the camera system, and also receive updates regularly during the day via the app from teachers. I can truly say that this is one of the best day care experiences I have had. Being a first time parent comes with a lot of uncertainty and all of the staff at this location have made me feel secure and go about my work days with ease knowing that my toddler is in good hands. I'm amazed at how much she loves to learn and love to show me what she learned in school for the day. She loved her teacher Ms. Tanya and Ms. Lou. All of the staff are always smiling, and I've never had any issues whatsoever. The director, Ms. Petra, is transparent and understanding. I felt comfortable bringing my daughter there daily and I love that I could watch her, through video, whenever I wanted to. They also updated me with every activity that she did and also sent pictures or videos throughout the day of her. My daughter never dreaded going to school, or cried when we pulled up to the parking lot. At times, she was extremely excited and cared about her classmates and teachers. When they don't calm down especially from gas .i loved her teachers! they were great, but there is 0 to 12 month babies in one class so that means a 1 year old can be walking on your new born and they wouldn't even notice because they have a lot to do !! And can't see everything happen . But that's WASN'T THE ISSUE my daughter got covid from one of the teachers in there that had covid ! And has given her permanent respiratory problems to this day she was 4 months when she left that daycare and now she's 10 months . And I tell the office she just brushed it off like "oh it's just like the flu" and failed to let any of the teachers or parents for the baby's in that class to know my daughter have covid to warn another parents baby because it is contagious!! But no nothing was informed just brushed of.she would be sick EVER WEEEK like I don't get how she would never get better as soon as I changed her school she hasn't gotten sick one time !! This daycare really needs cameras or to get better management and more professional teachers they made it seem like my child was the issue with his behavior but it's the teachers and what they do to him/them behind closed doors I fear for any child in those class rooms for what really happens when we parents are not there

As a first-time mom, enrolling my 3-month-old son at KinderCare was a big decision. Initially, I felt reassured and supported, especially by Ms. Brittany and Ms. Shanisha. They were compassionate, attentive, and genuinely seemed to care about my son's well-being. Anytime concerns arose, they addressed them quickly and professionally. I honestly felt my son was in good hands at first. But things changed. My son's father once witnessed a teacher being rough with him at just 10 months old. We were told it was handled, but it shook our trust. Later, my son came home with a bruise on his face after a vague "incident" that was never clearly explained. I tried to meet with the director, Ms. Martha, and she canceled without following up. No accountability, no real care. I eventually withdrew my son, and no one from leadership even asked why. There are NO CAMERAS (even though we request), no strong curriculum, and it's VERY expensive for the lack of oversight. I'm only giving 2.5 stars because of Ms.Judi, Ms. Brittany and Ms. Shanisha they truly cared. Without them, this place isn't somewhere I'd recommend or trust again.
