I haven't been to an experienced LMT (licensed massage therapist) like Beth's clinical service that closely compares to any other medical provider recommended modality including Orthopedic specialists, physical therapists LMTs or chiropractors. Even though I exercise on a daily basis, eat healthy and live a very healthy lifestyle, I still experience pain based on 12 broken and dislocated bones, tendon damage causing and experience various pain levels including low level headaches throughout the day, I completely gave up on traditional medical based treatments and modalities and fully focused on a natural holistic approach. Even though I've gotten used to ongoing pain it was still a distraction preventing me from a good "quality of living" I still found the some relief based on exercise and definitely the most has been massage treatment by Beth,, I can't say how thankful I am as she listens, does a full assessment, and knows what areas of the body to focus on using several techniques customized for your needs. You could immediately tell she has years of experience, professionalism and training, After the first treatment, I've been able to go throughout the week without noticeable pain which was daily and the best part is I haven't had the ongoing daily headaches, you can't put a price on feeling on being pain free and knowing there's a solution and somebody who is genuinely interested in your well-being. Her practice is based on her passion and patience.. For those that have tried everything Beth is your go to... and for those that haven't had several multiple injuries and have typical muscular soreness due to sports or extended activities I imagine your going to feel even more energetic and comfortable. Talking with Andrea, I knew that she was astutely understanding what I wanted, what I needed, and what I didn't want in the treatment. My second visit included a seaweed wrap followed by a massage. Saying it was wonderful is an understatement. The seaweed wrap was a unique experience of several different textures and temperatures. It was great to just relax and experience the process up until the final blanket and wrap. Even though one can feel vulnerable being nearly naked and covered in goop getting wiped down, I never once felt uncomfortable or overexposed with Andrea. Her professionalism and mastery of the process made me feel completely at ease and fully taken care of. The massage was exquisite--and i so wish that i had opted for the loner session time! She seeks out and works through knots and tightness in a relaxed and purposeful way. More thank being kneaded on a table, she moved limbs and used the weight of them to fully articulate the massage techniques. I felt a release of muscle tension like I have not experienced before. While the waiting area of this multi-therapist center is a bit on the business office side, her spacious treatment room is right in line with what you would find in a destination spa treatment room. Considering you have to trust someone with putting a tube in your behind, she really comes across as professional and down to earth. She gently puts the tube in and keeps an eye on the machines. She listens to you too. She works in a private room at a salon. This was a big deal to me because shes so clean and professional and it makes you feel safe.
