The next appointment that I had unfortunately my infant was extremely sick so i attempted to cancel that morning - I wasn't expecting anything beyond the cancelation and was even willing to pay for late cancelation, so that wasnt the issue - it was the rudeness of the person who took the call and didnt even bother to be courteous and instead began to lecture me on how i need to respect staff (shocking after 3 reschedules by THEM 10 mins before my appointment). So again, nothing against their girls, and their products, and perhaps my experience was isolated but I am not interested in going back to them even though i have an active membership. I did find a better place since and am happier with the results.

If you need deep tissue, he's your guy! They have a couples room, so my husband and I were comfortable in the same room. One thing they could improve on is for the masseuse to ask you about any parts on your body that may be sensitive or need extra attention, but other than that, it was enjoyable. Upon entering I was welcomed and offered water. They have local goods including Maya tea and essential oils they use for sale as well. The massage itself was fantastic- the hot stones and essential oils were so relaxing. I was able to note that I am not chatty during my sessions and she was perfectly respectful of that. I asked her "can I change first?" and she just smiled at me, likely a communication error, but very awkward and I ended up having to change in front of her. The massage itself wasn't relaxing at all. She seemed like she had no idea what she was doing and was frantic with her technique all over the place. She used very little oil which made my back start hurting after a while. I felt bad because she was elderly and I didn't want to complain, but I would recommend not to come here if you're looking for a relaxing experience.
