If you make a complain they just end your service . They even don't try to get things work for both side, only their side and the therapist? They even don't know what they do! Specifically two of them are abnormally loud and disruptive. Speaking in their loudest from one table to the other. No respect or concern or oblivious of other guests. Particularly loud and obnoxious is the big lady and the asian guy - stereo loud. Even the kids eating here look their way. They have been called out occasionally by customers to keep their voice down. See and hear this two for yourself.

They don't like to call, but sent emails and assumed you to understand all the steps. They like to ask additional docs before the intake assessment it was supposed to do that long time ago. In my personal opinion, they are not flexible at all, their priority is not to help those indeed but playing games and like to turn down services ..Bad customer services. If you have a choice, go somewhere else. They don't like to take any negative feedback.

Where do I start? this school is bright, cheerful and clean staffed by competent, friendly, patient…read moretutors and the ABA is consistent and effective. They expect more from the kiddos and they get it. Tutors keep the kids engaged in one on one adaptive lessons and you can tell they actually enjoy what they do (the kids know it too). The I/T and Center Based programs are focused on that golden period of 0-5yrs it's designed to instruct parents as well and keeps them in the loop.- no veil of secrecy... Just common sense and caring instruction. The sense of Worry for the safety for your kiddos that was so prevalent in our district schools was not here. The kids know they are safe and in a great place and can begin to relax and learn. Everyone is well informed, kind and focused on the well being and instruction of each child. This school is truly a gem.

My son started the in home program at 22 months old but after a…read morefew weeks he became very resistant and non compliant, he refused to do any lessons and began regressing. We felt like we had little options since ABC's center based program was full but when the program director heard about my son's situation she offered to make a spot in the program for him. My son started the center based program two weeks ago and we're already seeing amazing things. He's now sitting down at home to eat meals, waving correctly, and his eye contact and response to name is improving. He just absolutely loves being here and we feel at ease leaving him because we know he is in good hands. We thought he would cry when we dropped him off but he did not, instead he cried when we picked him up because he was having so much fun lol.
