However I have never felt out of place, I have always been encouraged and supported. I am proud to say I am an Honors student, graduating with an AS in Equine Science. I could not have done so without the guidance from all of my amazing Educators, support staff, and friends I have made along the way. The Campus itself is laid out well appointed, especially for ADA access. It has a central for inclusion and belonging, as well as many student unions to represent and support our diverse community. The only time they're open is during most people's work day so it's nice they have the option to make phone appointments, only nobody ever picks up the damn phone. I have had issues every semester without fail. Whether it's them telling me to take classes I already took, or it's classes I am not yet eligible for, or blatantly pushing me in the wrong direction and having me take classes that don't pertain to my major, it's always wrong infomation. I don't know if they're underpaid and overworked, but this is truly ridiculous. Either hire more people or stop accepting more students than a department can handle. When I asked how to avoid getting misinformation/ if there is anything I need to do to not have trouble next time, the rude ass lady on the phone told me "Maybe you should try making an appointment ahead of time next time" AS IF I DIDN'T ALREADY CALL AND EMAIL THEIR TRIFFLING ASSES FOR DAYS ON END. Some of us work full time and can't sit on the phone for four hours waiting for someone to answer the damn phone. OVERALL: joke of a school, don't waste your time of money, I no longer will be and have plans to transfer as soon as possible.

Hours are convenient, staff is amazing, and the dance owner is always there if you ever need to speak with her. She's not an absentee owner. The Elk Grove School District does not care about our youth staying active. They are not allowing…read moreyouth football to be at the schools after 10/15 after agreeing to allow it prior to the season starting (and this is the first year in over 10 years they are trying to force us to stop). Now all youth football programs have to scramble to find a place to practice , and soccer has all the parks. This is completely unacceptable and sends the message that they really don't care about our youth or about our youth staying active. They would rather help support youth obesity, encouraging our youth to just stay home and not be active. On top of that we have over 150 families at each program that they are saying oh well we don't care about you or your kids. Just blown away by this district, completely unacceptable.
