First appointment was for noon, I arrived at noon and was told there would be a 3-4 hour wait. Peace out, Dr. Tikoo.

I work in healthcare admin. Im amazed that people can give this "office" any decent review. This…read moreis a medical mill. One Dr confided in me "rules". They refer to eachother and visits can be only 20 minutes. These mills are the worse places you can go. Ur problem will get worse. U go from one "specialist" to another on different days under the same roof to drs who are salaried. They have to oblige by rules of not treating anything that they can milk your insurance for. Dr Harden is who I made my first appointment with. After 6 visits to different referring "doctors", nothing got done and I never met this woman. I'm interested in finding out more about her, and I will. I switched over easily and saw the Dr I should have seen from the start at Beth Israel. Are these drs on hospital staffs? All u need to do is see how chaotic this place is run. Patients coming and going real fast, staff overwhelmed. Go see it before you go to this disaster and end up sicker! I know how these places make money. You can be sure the drs here are not, but there's one laughing all the way to the bank. It's the owner. If I'm wrong, have Dr Harden schedule a meeting with me and I'll take this down with an apology. All the wasted insurance resources, the time, only to be treated like a dog! THIS IS A FAST PACED BUSINESS, NOT A DOCTORS OFFICE. It's DISGUSTING ON EVERY LEVEL. FYI: Drs don't make a lot of money anymore. The only way to get rich is to run mills that make u return repeatedly. U aren't supposed to refer to yourself, but if these drs are salaried, that's exactly what they're doing. Those are rules by the owner!

I had sought a good neurologist that could treat my epilepsy as a result of my brain tumor for several years and she, by a long shot, has been the best! I am a registered nurse and look at all of my doctors with a critical eye, and she is certainly one of the best in all aspects! The office staff is also kind and respectful. Highly recommended!!!

My experience at Jersey City Medical Center (part of RWJBarnabas Health) raises serious concerns…read moreabout patient treatment and billing practices. I presented to the ER on July 21-22, 2025 with a stable neck lesion. After labs and imaging, I repeatedly asked to be discharged. Instead, I was told I had to stay overnight because ENT surgery was supposedly planned for the next morning. When I questioned this multiple times, I was told I could not leave and that "police officer at the door won't let me out". Despite being kept overnight, I received no active care. From roughly 7:00 PM to 6:00 AM, I was left unattended in an ER bay -- no bed, no blanket, no food or water, and no documented monitoring. The next morning, the ENT stated surgery would be scheduled over a month later, confirming there was no emergency and no medical reason for the overnight "observation." Nevertheless, JCMC billed high-acuity ER and hospital observation charges for this stay. Later, an ENT follow-up visit billed a diagnostic nasal endoscopy that was never performed; that charge was removed only after I challenged the documentation in writing. I submitted detailed complaints to JCMC Patient Advocacy and Billing in August 2025, including a code-by-code dispute. In September, JCMC responded with a generic letter stating that all services were appropriate and closed the case without addressing the lack of care or contradictory medical evidence. Since then, leadership has stated they are "reviewing" disputed CPT codes for weeks, while billing timelines continue to run. Subsequent MRI imaging and independent ENT opinions confirmed there was no abscess or emergent condition. Because of how this matter has been handled, my case is now under review by the New Jersey Board of Medical Examiners, New Jersey Consumer Affairs, and the New Jersey Department of Health, and will be escalated further, including to the New Jersey Attorney General and the courts if necessary, to ensure accountability and restore fairness. Patients deserve transparency, informed consent, and appropriate care -- not coercion, unsupported billing, and prolonged delays. I strongly encourage patients to choose other medical facilities than JCMC, carefully review observation status, documentation, and charges, and to advocate for themselves.

AVOID THE J.C. MEDICAL CENTER PSYCH SERVICES. In the last year, I have had the following problems…read morewith this place: 1.The office responsible for advising patients as to which insurance plans they take for OUTPATIENT psychiatry and therapy told me the medical center was contracted with the Amerihealth plan that I looked at during open enrollment. So I chose the Amerihealth plan, and when the new year started I get informed by other staff that they do not accept Amerihealth insurance for outpatient services. 2. I had to go to the E.R. because of Suboxone withdrawal symptoms like diarrhea and other problems. They did not follow the correct protocol for learning about how much Suboxone I had been prescribed and the last time I picked up the medication. 3. The psych ward is the most depressing one I've ever seen--and I've been in quite a few. There are no windows, no color--it's drab with overhead white flourescent lighting. What is wrong with these people? Don't they know environment can affect people's moods?
