I had a very disappointing experience with this company. I contacted them on April 18th, expecting my son to be added to the patient roster, but was shocked by the filthy waiting room and the lack of staff. After waiting, I learned the therapist wasn't even there and received a late email informing me of this. Despite the frustrating start, I tried again the following Wednesday after confirming the appointment. When we arrived, the therapist seemed unprepared and didn't introduce herself to my son. After only 10 minutes, she asked me to entertain him while she wrote notes and revealed my copay of $83.43. To my shock, the session lasted less than 20 minutes when I was promised 45 minutes. My son was in tears, and while I tried to console him, the therapist's suggestion of using Play-Doh only made things worse. Given the overall lack of professionalism and care, I feel it's necessary to terminate the contract with this company and cannot recommend them based on this experience. She is not only incredibly knowledgeable in her field but does her therapy with such care and passion which my family truly appreciates. Her methods and skills in her field truly sets her apart as the best we have ever seen truly. My daughter has shown a lot of improvement all thanks to her experience and method. My son receives speech therapy here through medical. I can't describe my deepest gratitude enough for the kind and caring staff here Sarah camacho Speech pathologist is wonderful and Thomas scheduler is fantastic. My son sees Mrs. Sarah Camacho twice a week, She is so kind and patient with him every time they have sessions together. We really been seeing improvement from the time he started therapy. There are set goals for him to achieve, and homework for us parents to practice to develop his skills further. ABA therapy here has been such a great experience! The staff is amazing--super friendly, patient, and always willing to help. From day one, they made us feel comfortable and supported. What I really love is how they take the time to get to know each client and create a plan that actually works for them. We've seen so much progress, and it's been incredible to watch the positive changes. We love working with Stevie Verdugo (TeleHealth) she's amazing and so easy to work with. she makes myself and son feel comfortable and she is beyond helpful. she answers all my questions, concerns and I love that she provides me with helpful tips to work on while we don't have session. She knows exactly how to adapt to my child's needs and behaviors to elicit the most productive sessions. She has experience in behavioral therapy also so added benefit. Good service. They are helpful finding someone that fits your schedule. My kid has a great therapist (Anu Gupta) that understands his back story that led him to speech therapy. She works with the areas that he is struggling with and makes an effort to get him where he needs to be. She makes it very interactive so he can stay engaged with the activities and stay focused to continue learning. read more
