I strictly use Alison Brock, and due to COVID-19, she was working out of this location. I've been with Alison for the past year and a half, and she's awesome. She treated me for osteitis pubis previously (you can find that review under PT Solutions Peachtree Corners) and had me back to competitive running in 6 months. I've known runners who battled with this injury much longer. Steady dry needling therapy and strengthening around my pelvis did the trick. I've been using Alison for preventative measures and for any nagging spots. She's been nothing short of fantastic for keeping my competitive running going and going stronger. I've made some great gains this year and running faster at 41 than I have at any other point in my life. She always has something that's challenging and hits the areas that need to be worked. They are very clean here, and have used all proper measures during this pandemic to ensure safety of clients. Masks, sanitizing after every use and also only scheduling one-on-one with clients w/ set time slots (how great is that to get one-on-one, and also not great bc NO SLACKING). They have everything here at this location to get you back up and out there, plus they send you home with exercises. Debbie at the front desk was so sweet on the phone when getting me set up and is always so friendly whenever we need help. We were paired with Jorri and she's incredible. When I say she saved me that's an understatement. I have postpartum anxiety and my baby struggling to eat was really triggering and Jorri was SO understanding and so helpful, literally answering my texts at all hours when I needed help outside of a session. Jorri brought in their in house craniosacral therapist who helped her confirm her suspected diagnosis of a posterior tongue tie. She and Stacy worked together and gave me the tools we needed to help my sweet girl eat comfortably. Jorri has continued to support me through all her stages and when she starts struggling to drink. Due to COVID I had a strong inclination that my sone would need speech therapy at two. When my son was referred for speech therapy, Building Bridges was my instant choice. Jorri is now working weekly with my son and he has come leaps and bounds. We have been with her a few months and I get comments from strangers on how great my son speaks! I could not be more proud or more grateful. I am hoping my daughter will pick up skills from my son as she learns to speak, but if she also needs speech therapy we will be headed right back to Building Bridges. We had tried another therapist, but we believed that they did not understand Avery and often became very frustrated with him. Mrs. Michelle evaluated Avery and created a plan with goals for us to track. She began working with him once a week, gently coaching him and encouraging us to practice at home. Each week, she gave us a variety of exercises to work on. We saw amazing progress as we hit each goal she had set. We worked with her for about a year before Avery started K4.
