Siding, roof snd gutters look great and are functioning well. It appears to me that the company relies on long history too much. Sales and service support could be enhanced. I didn't find these to be Ryan McGlinch's primary skills. Our project manager was very polite. However, was not here often enough and didn't demand accuracy and follow through from a homeowner's perspective. At time of the project and soon afterwards I was very disappointed and stressed that I had to request a number of follow up calls for work omissions. In fairness to McGlinch associates, they responded to address, correct mistakes of the initial crews thus demonstrating that final customer satisfaction is a high priority. To improve, McGlinch could be more proactive ensuring detailed work is accurately completed, and provide a process for customer satisfaction without requiring the customer to become upset and then have to complain to get a required response.

The communication and scheduling was lacking, so we were a little frustrated, but it didn't prepare us for the ordeal we were going to be dealing with. We live in an old house, 1920's. My husband expressed this many times, that appropriate measures would have to be taken as we had lead in our old windows and trim. I heard him over the phone as well as in person and he was assured they would take the steps necessary. The day the windows were to be replaced, my kids and I left the house. Two windows were in our daughters room, the other in our guest bedroom. One window was oriented the wrong way and still installed. The worst part was, after removing the old windows, the workers took leaf blowers out to blow debris out into the yard below and all over the rooms. My husband ran upstairs and yelled at them to stop, that once again, there was lead paint involved. They stopped and cleaned up, but not well enough. My husband wiped everything down afterwards, not trusting it was cleaned properly. A few months later, my daughter received test results showing elevated levels of lead in her blood. It was quick and not a single other person in our family had any detectable levels. I was livid. I'm still livid. I don't care that one of our windows is wrong or that it took forever to arrange communication. I'm livid that lead safe practices weren't followed as promised and my child had to pay for it. You can't put a price on that. Thankfully, she's grown, and the situation is under control now, but if you have an old house, I would absolutely not recommend this company. To the owner, if your business gives homeowners your word that things will be done safely and following safe standards, you need to follow through. Safety should be top priority. This could have had a very poor outcome.

ASR was the only one that could answer all our questions-though we only learned the questions by talking to a bunch of people. My property was actually cleaner when they left. The house feels so tight now, looks great. One thing they don't tell you, it is LOUD, especially in a ranch.

Unfortunately we found out the hard way that Grennan Construction does not stand behind their work. During the installation they made a human error and did not caulk and apply flashing correctly which led to a leak to our dining and living room ceilings causing over $2,000 worth of damage. We have made close to 20 texts or phone calls to Fred, his employees or his office in an attempt to have them come out access, and effectively stop the leak. They told us it was fixed once, we had the inside of our home professionally repaired and painted only to have the leak return shortly afterwards. Go Elsewhere!! Was referred to Grennan Construction by a trusted source and they didn't disappoint. The crew was very polite and conscientious from beginning to end. The Hardie board installation looked good from day one and continues to look great. You should definitely use Grennan Construction if you the job well done at a fair price and on schedule.

I cannot say enough good things about BCM Roofing. Starting with my scheduled appointment with Josh; he arrived within the quoted time frame, discussed in detail my choices, provided product information. The different quotes were exceptional, great quality and value. BCM is the best company I could find for any highly rated contractor. After Josh, I worked with Jake, another outstanding individual. Jake's help with providing sample shingle boards, getting correct drip edging sizing even having a roof vent cap I purchased for bathroom venting installed and attached to the ductwork. He communicated well, even sent me copes of permits pulled with my city for the job. The roof crew was exceptional and cleaned up as if they were never there.
