Spoke to the owner, worked with a manager. If you need a general cleaning, they do fine work. The parts of the car that weren't really dirty look good. I took my car in because the dogs had tracked mud or something on the backseat. I specifically told them that was what I wanted worked on. If they did the rest, whatever, but I wanted those spots gone. 2 hours and $300 later, you can still see some of the spots. Couldn't tell until the fabric dried. The main reason for the ratin is that they threw away personal items they deemed "trash". Didn't ask, even though I was sitting in the lobby. Just threw away multiple items and didn't return others to my vehicle. The items weren't expensive or difficult to replace, but it is a lack of respect for someone else's property, especially when they are paying you for a service. I had to go back and make them look around the work area for what was missing. Still didn't get everything back. The owner apologized "for the inconvenience". Also, if you still decide to give this place your business: Make an appointment and do drop off. Don't wait. They don't have a comfortable waiting room.

I knew there was a possibility that they wouldn't be able to get my car in and I wasn't going to get mad because I knew it was my fault. I went in, apologized for being super late, and I was right, Shaun had mentioned it might be too late to take my car in today and that they don't usually take cars after 10AM. However, he still wanted to see the condition of my car and double check with his guys to see maybe if they still have time for my car since they already started working on another car. Thankfully they were able to detail my car that day! I was so relieved. He mentioned that since I was late, it might take him till 5-6PM to finish up my detail, and that was fine for me! I was just happy they were able to do it today! Came back a little before 5PM and he was still working on it. Shaun came by and said he had a few more things to do. I was totally fine with that. I just hung around in their office. About 5:30-5:45 I believe, he said he was all done! He let us go around back to his shop to see my car. My Veloster definitely looked, smelled, felt squeaky clean! No more dog smell and dog snot all over my tinted windows! No more dust and dirt all over my interior! Carpets, all surfaces, leather chairs were all vacuumed, shampooed, wiped down, and so much more. I was impressed! Affordable and professional. Shaun and his crew killed it on my car. This is the first car to get details and I have 2 more to go! It's already scheduled and I'm pretty excited to see how those turn out as well.
