Great selection, kindest customer service and pricing is hard to beat. I spent well over an hour in…read morethe store looking at all they have and asking to handle most of it and they never batted an eye. Love this place, they have earned a lifetime customer here.

Rude and unknowledgable sales staff. Highest prices in town. Couple of teenagers and a snobby older…read moresalesman. I came in to buy a gun cash in hand and was treated like I was lower than dirt. I had some questions about the gun since it was used and It was a C93 and they had some serious quality issues so I wanted to know I wasn't buying lemon. Was told a gunsmith would look at it to answer those questions since they could not get it apart for cleaning. Gave my number on post it and before I got out the door one of the teenagers asked if he should just throw my number away to the older salesman before I got 10 feet away. I called back twice and was told the gunsmith hasn't got to it yet. 2nd call I was hung up on for no reason by one of these little bratty teenagers. I go down to the store again. I'm pretty mad but I keep my cool at first. Was told basically if I wansn't buying the gun I needed to get out because they were closing soon. I was then told a fantasy story about how the gunsmith had sent the gun back to the factory once and that he refuse to take it apart because it was pinned in the back. They don't pin HK rear push pins permanently. He's a lousy gunsmith if that's true. He also said the bolt gap was .30 which is dangerosly out of spec. I suspect this was a lie. I had just been hung up on 15 minutes prior and told they hadn't looked at it yet. They probably don't have a gunsmith at all. This same gun was being repaired 2 months ago when I inquired about its price. So I assume they are trying to sell it to some sucker and it's still broken. I got irate and explained the situation and the salesman Marcos, the snobby older gentleman threw up his hands aggressively and told me to just buy the gun and did not care about how badly he and his store had failed me as a customer. Worst customer service of any gun store I've ever shopped in. Horrible attitude towards customers. All of my friends have said the same. Also every gun is 20 percent higher than all other local stores. Only wanted this gun due to difficulty finding it online for sale. Would have gladly also spent my bonus on the FS2000 they had on the wall if this sale had went smoothly but now I will never buy anything from this store. I'll keep shopping at Gunworks or Fugates. Hell, I'll even go to Benton and pay double before I'll buy a gun from these jerks. Addendum: turns out the bratty teenager is the owners spoiled D-bag son. Also they changed their name to Cleveland Shooting Sports.
