I went to this location based on reviews. Appointment setup was easy. The location is in a parking garage at Fair Oaks Mall. As I was shipping my car, I signed up for the all inclusive package which was over 200 dollars. I informed attendant that it had to be detailed for shipment through customs. I do not have kids and I had cleaned it prior to taking it in but I did not have the needed attachments for the type of detailing for shipping. I did explain this. My car was still crumb covered and needed to be cleaned. When I arrived the attendant was professional, courteous and said he would take care of my concerns and my car as I explained the shipment. After 2 hours, I returned and he showed me my car. This was at around 7 pm at night in a fairly dark parking garage and I was tired after being at work all day. So, I did not pull out the mats. I did not open up the cup holders which were closed during cleaning. At this point, I was tired and the car was still slightly wet and I left. I learned my lesson. The next morning, I get in my car and open the cup holder in the day light and see that it has not been cleaned at all. I then open the other holders and they look the same. I then start looking through the car. I move the mats and there are still crumbs under the mats and a lot of other stuff throughout the car which were not even touched. I contacted the company to explain this as well as the amount of money I paid and the lack of time as I am moving out of the country. The representative said he will call me to see if he can do anything for me. He never called back. I have pictures that I sent him and I have his text response where he said he will see if he can do something for me as I paid about 234 dollars to him and still had to pay another company to do the same work. I wanted to like the company because initially they seem professional but this is not how you should do business. I give two starts for the website, ease of access, professional attire and customer service when dropping off the car. But this was my experience. read more

Mario is absolutely amazing! I was initially worried if my car could get clean because of the embedded dog hair, dried up spills, and puppy messes in my vehicle. It was very embarrassing. Mario was patient and kind and made me feel like the job would be no problem to fix although I knew my car was very very dirty. When I got my car back it smelled amazing and looked VERY new all over again! I have told my friends about this place. What a great find! Mario was super easy to schedule/talk to AND his services are thorough ! I asked him to make my car look new again and he did it :))) I also have an Australian shepherd that roams the car on long drives and he had no problem getting the pet hair out- didn't charge too much extra for it either. Mario did a great job getting in every crack and crevice and completely renewing all the surfaces in my car. My wheels and leather and carpet look incredible. He went over the car with me to find out any special requests or needs and had everything done in under 3 hours. I'm very happy with the state of my refreshed old car. I made a reservation online for a detailing package. When I arrived I was told it would be more because I had an SUV, then more because of dog hair--to the point where I paid $180 something and he would only do the interior instead of inside and out like I thought when I booked the package. When I picked up the car the interior looked good, so I tipped well. However, when I got home and took the floormats out I realized the car was soaked, the floor mats didn't just drip they had water running off of them. Even though I had left the car open the rest of the day to dry-it smelled like a cat had urinated in the vehicle. The reason I went with them, even with all the bullsh*t, was I had to get the car cleaned for some interior work I had coming up-when they remove the carpet the padding underneath was still soaking wet a week later. You know I felt it was my fault for going through with the service, so I texted and asked for just the tip back--which he said ok, but it was never refunded, this is NOT a company I would recommend EVER. read more

I can't say enough good things about the great work that Think Eco did on my car. The owner, Mr. Gomez, was terrific! I think the real test of a detailer is not how well they do with a very dirty car that looks better if you just throw a bucket of water on it. My car is seven years old, but I have taken good care of the exterior and interior. However, Mr. Gomez was so careful, precise and thorough, that he made my Toyota Camry look (and smell) like new. Really!! I am sorry that I don't have any before and after pictures, but, trust me, this was outstanding work. The work performed turned out to be essentially a basic engine cleaning with a degreaser then rinsing off. There appeared to be no real attempt to detail the engine, and there were places and corners that were not cleaned very well. I did expect a more thorough job. read more

I had an issue with a pet vomiting in my car. It even got into the area in between the passenger seat and the center console and in the seat rails. My regular detailer forgot our appointment, so I decided to look elsewhere. I needed to deal with it ASAP and Think Eco came through the next day. They came in on a day when they would normally be closed and had my car back to normal within an hour and a half. These guys did an excellent job on my SUV. They went above and beyond what I expected. My car had been stolen and recovered, and I wanted a VERY thorough detailing, which I got. The replacement tire equipment had been strewn about the car, and they carefully and correctly reassembled that kit and put it all back in place. I had my car serviced on a Monday. That prior Saturday I attended a wedding with my family and two close friends. Our friend's 37 year-old man-child husband decided we was going to drink beer, have a shot of hard liquor, and drink 3 more beers after. I was the DD, thank God. About a half hour into the ride home he asks me, "You feeling okay?" 10 minutes after that, he asked me to pull over and before I could get over, he puked the entire contents of his stomach into my car. Needless to say, I took the next two hours to clean my car from midnight to two. The smell was awful. I requested service that Sunday morning, and had it completed on that Monday morning. Great service and friendly, accomodating staff! They did excellent work on my car - exterior and interior. I couldn't be happier, especially with the 20% discount for my first visit. They even thoroughly cleaned my daughter's car seat, which had a lot of crumbs. Also, the fact that it's located at the mall is an added bonus because I needed to shop for a few things anyway.
