This was one of the best escape rooms I've done! My friend group (four of us total) did the SPACE mission: Guardian and I can say it was so interactive, fun, and challenging for the whole group! I love that if you are sweeping through the puzzles staff has a way to introduce extra puzzles (which is what happened in our case!). A lot of their puzzles were multi-step and intricate. You can tell who ever made the puzzle was really putting some thought into its creation. Each part of the escape room really played off of your senses whether it was smell, touch, temperature, etc. This room was 75 mins long and it felt like it went by so fast because we were having so much fun. I hope they get a bigger facility just so they can do more rooms but even so they really utilized all of the space, everything was working and felt high quality. Honestly blown out of the water with the experience. They had lockable storage available for purses and phones that are FREE. Bathroom was nice and clean as was the rest of the building. And the cherry on top was the sweet staff! They were so welcoming, kind, and funny. Looking forward to our next escape room! read more

My family and I did the Space Mission scenario and that was a really cool one! It was myself, my husband, and his 11 year old daughter (she just made the cut) and we made it out with 1:43 sec left. Ok my 9 yo reminded me twice to give this place 5 stars. We had previously done an escape room elsewhere which was a letdown bc they didn't prep the room correctly and left two of the critical puzzle pieces out of the room. The poor guy was running around and probably understaffed. Not this place! We got there early and they started it right away. There were two people so it felt like things were under control at all times. We felt carefully monitored and supported throughout. The theming was fantastic for the Space Mission. Everything was in great shape and functional. It was so realistic that my 9yo got spooked midway. There's a great startle in there. But we persevered and escaped (not to mention saved the world)! It makes the time go by very quickly and both of my kids got moments to shine. I'm so glad we had the experience and challenge of working together successfully as a team. read more

I've been to an escape room before and wishing I could've done it with my nieces and nephews so this holiday and I went home and looked for an escape room and found this place. We opted for the Booby Trap room and had an awesome time, and we needed about 2 more minutes to escape. We ran into one problem where one of the obstacles wasn't working even though we were doing the right thing that they had to come inside to fix it for us -- so we lost time from that bc we had to enter the code like 4 times. The girls really loved the experience and can't stop talking about it. I promised them that we will do it again when I come back to Spokane. If you want a family adventure or even a work group event this will definitely show you how you guys work and a team. read more

I thought escape rooms would just be a passing fad, but I must say this is the third, and best, one I have been to and I love them. The staff here are so nice, and when we solved the Mayan Temple room before our hour was up, they gave us another quick scenario to solve so we were able to use the whole time we paid for up. That was a real nice touch. Think Tank is really easy to find on 3rd Ave, too. I won't say that I am an escape room junkie yet, but if you asked me to go tonight after work, I sure would. read more

Just ok for the price. They had a lot more people than I felt safe with Covid. Our game master ignored our request for clues which leads me to believe they didn't care, or were too busy with other groups. We own an escape room in Montana and always enjoy visiting others and were deeply disappointed in how this location was operated. We emailed for our picture at the end of the game and even facebooked them. Never even got a response. We do this as a date nite event and always enjoy getting pictures from the escape rooms we have visited across the US and Canada. Zero communication. They didn't even say goodbye. We won our game and they didn't even realize we had exited the room until we hung out in the waiting room asking if they were going to take a picture for social media. Would not recommend...really just because we spent an hour being completely ignored and then can't even get them to respond to our emails for copies of photos. Unprofessional and from.one escape room owner to another; you can do better and be more courteous and attentive to ALL of your paying customers. read more

Super fun time with our family. We definitely weren't smart enough to figure it out without clues, but the employee was cool and helped us out. The only downside is that our room was dark, so it was tough to read the clues, and the clue packet was put together on such a way that only one person could use it at a time, so it made team playing difficult. But it was still a great time. read more

My friend and I did the Booby trap room and it was pretty fun. Although the room was smaller than expected, we managed to escape with 7 minutes to spare! I'd recommend this room, but no more than 3 people since it is fairly small. A lot of tricky clues, and memorizing. But well worth the try! read more
