I had scheduled a double treatment, but to my dismay, she informed me that I would only be receiving one treatment because I was late. I attempted to explain that I had been caught in heavy traffic due to two accidents, but her only response was that room 1 was ready for me. I have been a loyal customer for nearly three months, visiting twice a week, and it has always been customary for someone to escort me to the treatment room. However, Ana did not take the time to do so. After waiting for a few minutes for her to come to the room, I decided to look for the bell and prepare myself for the treatment. Ultimately, I only received one treatment, and when it concluded, I brought up the two appointment messages I had received for 3:30 and 4:00 PM. To my surprise, she refused to check my phone and insisted that I was late, claiming that she was doing me a favor by accommodating me, despite the fact that I had arrived way before 4 PM. I mentioned that I had previously waited for a room, but this time, they would not extend the same courtesy, and she maintained that it was their policy. Frustrated she insisted there were been nice to me and thinking after spending a significant amount of money to be treated this way, I raised my voice, which seemed to provoke her further. I then attempted to speak with another staff member, but Ana interrupted and instructed her not to engage with me. Eventually, the other girl, who remained calm throughout the situation, mentioned that they were doing me a favor by scheduling another session to compensate for the missed treatment and continued given excuses for Ana's lack of professionalism. In the past, I have left positive reviews for this place, but I feel compelled to point out that they frequently run out of disposable bras and the cream intended for abdominal treatments. Additionally, Ana did not prepare the green juice I had specifically requested. When I asked to speak with a manager, I was informed that there was no one available on-site. I later learned that her name is Honey. Given that I have paid up front a substantial amount of money, always arrived on time, and treated the staff with respect, I had anticipated receiving outstanding service during my visit.

I called the office and asked what the next steps were, they told me if I didn't hear anything then there's nothing to be done. But that doesn't explain the concerns that I'm having with my health and wellness. They scheduled me an appointment with Bianca, who is supposed to be specializing in women's health, but a day before the appointment they called me to reschedule and push it back a week. Her appointment times are terrible. She's only there on certain days of the week, there's no early morning or after work appointments. I specifically told them from the original booking that I would have to use my lunch break for the appointment and would have less than an hour to be there. The Office assured me that I will be seen when I arrive. When they called to reschedule my appointment, I reiterated all of that. I arrived for my 1130 appointment right at 11:30. At 12:05 I still hadn't been called back and checked with the front desk how much longer it would be. From what I could overhear it sounded like there were 3 to 4 more appointments in front of me. Which meant I would've been there well over an hour before I would've been seen. They asked if I wanted to reschedule. I told him to refund my copayment. Thankfully, they did. My initial experience did not outweigh the rest. Don't overbook if you can't see your patience in a timely manner. The least you could do is let them know what they expected weight is when they arrive for their appointment.
