Today, I visited this establishment and unfortunately had a rather disappointing experience. Upon my arrival, I was greeted by Ana, a staff member I had never encountered before. I had scheduled a double treatment, but to my dismay, she informed me that I would only be receiving one treatment because I was late. I attempted to explain that I had been caught in heavy traffic due to two accidents, but her only response was that room 1 was ready for me. I have been a loyal customer for nearly three months, visiting twice a week, and it has always been customary for someone to escort me to the treatment room. However, Ana did not take the time to do so. After waiting for a few minutes for her to come to the room, I decided to look for the bell and prepare myself for the treatment. Ultimately, I only received one treatment, and when it concluded, I brought up the two appointment messages I had received for 3:30 and 4:00 PM. To my surprise, she refused to check my phone and insisted that I was late, claiming that she was doing me a favor by accommodating me, despite the fact that I had arrived way before 4 PM. I mentioned that I had previously waited for a room, but this time, they would not extend the same courtesy, and she maintained that it was their policy. Frustrated she insisted there were been nice to me and thinking after spending a significant amount of money to be treated this way, I raised my voice, which seemed to provoke her further. I then attempted to speak with another staff member, but Ana interrupted and instructed her not to engage with me. Eventually, the other girl, who remained calm throughout the situation, mentioned that they were doing me a favor by scheduling another session to compensate for the missed treatment and continued given excuses for Ana's lack of professionalism. In the past, I have left positive reviews for this place, but I feel compelled to point out that they frequently run out of disposable bras and the cream intended for abdominal treatments. Additionally, Ana did not prepare the green juice I had specifically requested. When I asked to speak with a manager, I was informed that there was no one available on-site. I later learned that her name is Honey. Given that I have paid up front a substantial amount of money, always arrived on time, and treated the staff with respect, I had anticipated receiving outstanding service during my visit. read more

However, I was surprised to learn that the recommended treatment plan was approximately $4,600 for 20 sessions. For me, that was a significant amount of money for a non-surgical procedure that involved laying under red light therapy twice a week for a little over two months. The staff was friendly and informative, but I did feel there was a strong sales push at the end of my appointment to commit to the package. While some people may find value in the treatment, the cost was much higher than I expected and ultimately not something I felt comfortable pursuing. They withheld information when I signed up in Brea and failed to tell me the location would be shutting down in 4 weeks and Id have to drive to Glendora which is 45 minutes from me. They trick you into signing up for a payment plan and then you CANNOT cancel if you're unable to get services and you need to provide a Doctors note to get the payments cancelled. I did provide a Dr note and they gave me other options so they didn't cancel my payments! I was misled. Save yourselves time and money bc this company is not cheap! They don't even give you options! When I emailed their business account manager Nicole, she took a long time to respond and the second and third time I emailed, I got no response and still haven't!
