They are not RUDE but not helpfull in any way, I've been coming in for years. I usually go to the one in Ontario and Rancho, but live in Covina. I arrived at 1:48 and seemed like a was a burden to try to fine my file. Instead of everyone asking my name several times without not being able to Fine my file. The continued to tell me I couldn't be seen because it would take to long for the provider to see me. Will not be coming here again. read more

While the care, and the medication to help you lose weight works. I mean, I'm talking 10lbs in a week weight loss. Be mindful that this place doesn't give you a prescription. It's essentially under the table. They have a whole drawer full of phentermine at various mgs. I lost a good chuck of my hair using the pills. And I stopped. It's speed basically. And of you're not careful you could have some damage to your body. Please don't take anything without out a dr's notice. This place is literally charging you $120 for 4 weeks of pills. It's cool for short-term. But what they don't tell you is you the pills are highly addictive also. I paid for another 4 weeks didn't pick my dose up. and I never came back after my hair was coming out in clumps. Be careful you guys! read more

I was referred to this clinic from a friend of mine and I am super happy she did. I have had a hard time on and off losing the weight and being discouraged from lack of results. The first week on the medication the Dr. gave me I lost 10 LBS! I wasn't sure how my body was going to react to the medication so I only bought a weeks worth, but their prices are great and offer longer term things as well. This review is solely for the service at the clinic. I paid my first visit yesterday and arrived at 1:35 pm. I was coming from work in LA on the bus and it was an hour commute. Once we arrived the girl at the counter told me that they don't see new patients after 1:30 on Saturdays because of the time it takes to process them. I told her about my commute and she went to ask the PA if we could be seen (there were 2 of us). She agreed and we went on through. We filled out paperwork, had our vitals taken, met with the PA, and paid for/given our prescriptions within a half hour. We were out of there by 2:10. For $27 we got a week's worth of prescription and a B12 shot. I will update when I have had time to see how well the program works. Till then, let me say that I greatly appreciate that they took the time to see us. Giving them a 5 star review for their excellent customer service. read more

Came here after seeing their website, they were offering $25 a week special. I called to ask how much a blood test would be and they said it was included. Score! So I go in and the receptionist greets me, I wait about 5 minutes the PA comes out to get me and we talk a little about my goals and such. He takes a blood sample. Goes over some food guidelines, and gives me some pills as well as a B12 shot. I loved that shot!! Had me me feeling good. My next visit was a week or 2 after and this time its a female PA, turns out the male was just filling in for her while she was on her honeymoon (shes the one in the photo). I forgot her name! Yikes! I'm awful with names. This time I need to shed some poundage quickly (I was getting married!) and I opt for the Lipo-Den injection in my rear. Didn't hurt too bad, then I get the B12 in my arm and it hurts. I'm a wuss. :) I've gone back 4-5 times and I will be back next week. I highly recommend the Lipo-Den, it has helped me tremendously! Its $20 a shot. FYI: They're open M-W-F-Sa during the Winter months. And during the Summer months, I believe they open during regular hours. read more

I was greeted by a very discouraging person that redirected me to their website and left me hanging. I was very frustrated and called my friend she directed me to this great clinic.As soon as I got here I was greeted and treated very professionally I saw the doctor she was very thorough with me. They got me started on my diet program and I am as happy as can be I live far from this clinic but I will make the drive it is worth driving from anywhere to see these true professionals at the clinic. Honestly one of the biggest things I miss about living in West Covina! I was never there for the weight loss but b12 injections just hit differently than pill! If you're trying to lose weight or not trying, b12 injections have so many benefits to get your mind and body right! I tried another place that does b12 injections close to my house and I'm not too sure what the difference was but I did not feel the same as I did when I was coming here! I love this place! Staff is nice the Dr is nice and helpful. She is patient and answers all your questions. I never had to wait more than 10 min. The meds work great! I have lost 20 lbs. So far.
