I don't remember" and walked away. The other receptionist proceeded to help me book another appointment for the following week. Later that evening, I received an email from Natalie apologized but basically shifted blame that she never received a response from me wanting to confirm and that she was glad it ended up working out for me. It did not, because I would then have to take even more time off to make it to a second appointment. She ended her message with a request to call the office to discuss a "$150" payment. I responded forwarding my email re: confirming for 5pm, I included how the only reason I was able to reschedule was through her associate AFTER she walked away cowardly, and that I would be calling to cancel or reschedule. I ended up canceling my appointment because it really left a bad impression and I won't want to have services through this office if this is how they're represented through their receptionist.

My pharmacist complains that they do not receive call backs nor do they answer their phone. I confirmed this because I had to leave a message with no call back and when I do call I have to wait for approx 20-30min for someone to answer. This is unacceptable and I recommend people do their due diligence before choosing this Dr's office.
