I texted Nicolette and tried calling the number provided on the message twice and texted it to inform her that I will be running 10-15 late, and the number did not ring. There is literally NO way to inform her if you are running late and for directions as it's in an outside mall. It's very confusing to find the location, which contributed to me being a total of 20-minutes late! I knocked on her door and she said "my appointment had been cancelled because I'm late." I explained all the above and she didn't give two hells about it and made me feel invaluable as a new customer whom waited 2-months for this appointment, and drove 1.5 hours to try out her technique as I am very particular and wanted to pay top dollar for a curly cut, as I always do. Her unpleasant attitude was not kind, and I will take my $250 and go elsewhere, where I am a valued client. Maybe all the success got to her head, but that's not how you treat people. I will be disputing your $100 late fee for being 20-minutes late as I tried notifying you several times with the number you provided and have documentation. Treat people better, as you clearly saw that I was apologetic for being late, it was out of my control.

I emailed and got a call from her assistant a couple days later and was booked the following week. When I came in Sonia was there on time and ready to go. I appreciate that because in the past I've had stylist show up late. Also Sonia was kind enough to start early in the day so I can make it to work later in the day. I got the full experience being there. Sonia and Tania were so welcoming and they made the experience super chill. Everyone is just having gal time and when you don't realize your bonding with them.
