She was honest about the possibility of a pixie cut post color/ bleach. I expressed understanding and still wanted her to move forward. 2 years later and I can say she's truly the best. I have a blunt cut. At no point before installation did she tell me she had any concerns with the hair extensions blending with my hair. She told me give it a chance and didn't offer a refund of any kind. I tried it make the best of it but got the extensions removed three days later. She was even going to charge me to remove them.
