    This happened to me today and it's only the 3rd review I've ever done on a business - the first 2…read morewere positive... unlike this one. I made an appointment 7 days prior for a tire changeover from winter to summer tires (I wish I could've done it sooner). A couple of days before my appointment, I called and asked if they could add-on an electrical problem with a headlight and change the headlight and they said yes. I brought my car in a 1/2 hour early. They kept it for over 6 hours before Dennis telephoned me to say they didn't get to work on it because of working on cars from yesterday... really? He apologized and said they could start on it first thing Monday morning. I picked up my car and tires and told Dennis I was very disappointed in being treated this way and I asked if all their customers were treated this way - especially since I made the appointment 7 days prior. Dennis said well, they did have "other" cars to work on... how smug of him. Were the "other" cars on the schedule prior to mine... how ridiculous. This was so disrespectful to me that now, I will not disrespect myself by returning to Hampton Auto Repair to give them my business. It was just a few months ago that I spent over $1,000 there and was a regular customer, but no more. By the way, if I performed My job in this manner there would be consequences.
