The inside has a few plush places to relax, in addition to actual tables. If you are inside and place your order on the app, you can hear the jingle behind the counter when they receive it. That is fun. Maybe place multiple orders that way! They have food in addition to drinks, but I stuck with the drinks. A massively customized lemonade and a stock dirty-ish Dr Pepper. Both were good. Thirst is the BEST. I come weekly and always am so glad I did!! I've never been asked if I want the free popcorn, but the great customer service and amazing food make up for it: I often order the pretzel bites and sometimes they are warm and sometimes they aren't and I have to reheat them. Their pretzel dogs are super tasty and I love they they have mustard for them if you want it. The best scotcharoos around are from Thirst. Love this soda shop! Honestly, it's probably the best one out there. The drinks are always so yummy, and the customer service is amazing, I love the little "have a happy day" touch, it's so sweet. The pretzels and treats are just as good as the drinks! They're always running fun deals too, today was a free drink (any size!) with the purchase of a pretzel twist, so I tried the pepperoni pizza pretzel with marinara dip and it was good. My go-to drink is the "Dr. McCreamy" and it never disappoints. Definitely a favorite spot for both drinks and snacks! Drive thru is super convenient but the inside has nice lounge area. read more

‼FINALLY‼ the long awaited 1st Utah county location! Finally had the privilege of experiencing the powdered sugar beignets and the tasty drinks this place has to offer and it did not disappoint! Mike (manager) was super friendly and personable. Had a Sprite based drink with coconut + coconut cream (Johnny&June?) and it was super refreshing! I love that this location has a spacious sitting area AND has 2 lanes for the drive thru . Met the infamous Ethan - instantly made me feel welcome. This was my first time going to thirst. I had seen the line on opening day and it was very long so I was expecting something amazing. I am a big soda place fan and I love pretzel bites wherever I can get them so I thought that this would be a perfect place for me. The reason I came for this first stop was because I received a text message saying that there was a discount on beignets this weekend. So, I downloaded the app before going and ordered online to get the discount and because I wasn't sure how busy would be on a Saturday morning. The app was pretty easy to navigate, and they seem like they have a lot of things to eat. Definitely more than any other cookie/soda place that I've been to like swig, fiiz, quench it, etc. they had a pretzel, covered dog, several seasonal cookies, pretzel bites, beignets, and lots of drizzle/sauces. I ordered a small bag of beignets, which has three in them, and a medium (32 oz) Diet Coke with fresh lime. Next time I might go and get one of their specialty drinks the day have created, but for now I just wanted to see how the experience was. The online order told me it would take about 20 minutes, and I arrived at the store about 15 to 17 minutes after I've made the order. I got in the drive-through lane and, though there was only one car before me at the window, I sat there for about five minutes waiting. One thing I don't really love, is that they don't have any kind of drive-through speaker system. So you're ordering at the window as well as waiting at the window for your order versus being able to order a menu beforehand. I think it would be nice to see if there was that kind of addition made where they could have headsets and talk to the people in line so it doesn't feel like that long of a wait. I told them my name for the order, they had it ready super fast, which was really nice. The Diet Coke with lime tasted delicious and the beignets were pretty good. They definitely had more of a donut texture than a beignet texture, aka it was just more dense. But they were still really good and were warm when I was handed them. I got the powdered sugar on it and I've included some photos so you can see what that looks like. They did have some of the beignets that are glazed, and if you like that kind of stuff (nice warm donuts), I definitely think it would be something to try. I think I'll have to go again to get the pretzel bites, other sauces, and try their specialty drinks, but overall it wasn't a bad experience!! /5 for me! read more

Ordered online to pick up after work at 4pm I couldn't finish adding to my order because I didn't know if I could request unsalted pretzel dogs- no answer to my question was available... online it said we could place notes on orders but they couldn't always comply to requests... anyways between 12 noon and 3 pm I called 5 diff times to add to my order if they could answer my question about pretzel dogs... i ended up having 3 ignored calls and 2 answered but hung up calls ...thought maybe they are busy but when i showed up the place was empty??? Asked if they were having issues with phone they didn't know. Ordered a 24oz drink, when I pulled up to the window the girl was super nice! But the guy who made the drink had only made a 16oz so the girl told him it was supposed to be a 24oz. But instead of remaking the drink as I ordered (and PAID for) he poured the 16oz drink into a 24oz cup-- in front of me! And then proceeds to hand it to me like he didn't just rip me off... Drove 20 minutes to then wait in line for 20 minutes, only to finally make it to the window and be told they're out of beignets. We didn't want to walk away empty handed, so we got some pretzel bites that were clearly old, as they were cold and not super soft. Was it the end of the night? Yes. We went for the first time. Saw this place on IG. Let me just say that it's cute inside, clean and the staff is really nice and helpful. We got the pretzel bites and 3 beignets. The pretzel bites have a good pretzel texture, but didn't taste like a pretzel. The cheese for the pretzels was cold and we didn't love it. The icing for the cinnamon bites was also cold and basic. The beignets were just okay. It's fried dough similar to a typical fried doughnut. We wished they were fried longer and had more powdered sugar. We paid $23 dollars and it all wasted. I've tried the drinks a handful of times and every time it tastes to me like their soda machines are running out of syrup and not enough other syrup for my liking. Maybe they're trying to have healthier sodas, but not a whole lot of taste like I'm used to Swig or when I make my drink at Maverik.
