The egg rolls had good flavor and were nice and cheesy. Evidently, you can only get one Mason jar at a time because it's not the drinking glass size jar, it's large and has a whole bottle of bubbly in it. We got grapefruit instead of orange juice and it was delicious. Hubs got the chicken and waffles, his mom got a burger and I got the Chicken biscuit with pimento cheese. Everything was great and my biscuit was thick and messy... Yum! We sat outside as it was a beautiful day. Our server was a little off his game as he'd worked a double the day before, but we really liked him. It would definitely be a cool place to go see live music while enjoying food and drinks. They had a mix of food, crafts and a few plants...it makes for a terrific Sunday afternoon. This day they had Chirba Chirba as the food truck...the Masters was on the tv, the dumplings from Chirba Chirba were excellent, the music set a relaxed mood, and I learned that their bourbon lemonade was the perfect accompaniment for the dumplings. Hard to imagine a better Sunday afternoon.

Panysaurus over all is a cool place (either location) but they have drastically different vibes - which in my book is a good thing. The Durham location brings you an awesome patio scene! The patio is two floors, both covered, one just off the bar and the other right about that which has a few TVs for those interested. Off of the patio is a nice size "beer garden" sitting area complete with picnic tables and a great view. If you are looking for chill family friendly patio vibes this is the place to be! I really love Ponysaurus beer, their pilsner is nice but their kolsch is my favorite. If you've been to the Raleigh location, the Durham menus is not the same. Yes they have pizza but it doesn't seem to have the same options - still good though. We went with a hankering for the hummus we got at the Raleigh location, again the Durham location had hummus but a different variation. One thing that's consistent with both locations is the amount of pita that came with the hummus, there is nothing worse than getting a huge bowl of hummus and only a few pieces of hummus or chips. Both locations knocked it out of the park. Plenty of WARM pita for everyone. This location is somewhat self-service, the bartender obviously poured out beer and there is a cute window for picking up snacks but no table service.

The Pivoted Hazy IPA is the one of the best beers I've tried in years. Great flavor, not too heavy, well balanced, hint of citrus flavor. Not a lot of great things tend to come out of New England, but the IPAs are one! I also liked the lime wheel beer. Not too sweet, sour, or tart, just very well balanced and refreshing. If you want to go with a real West Coast IPA, the Thistle Brew will do the job. The piney notes and grapefruit flavors are quite pronounced. This wasn't necessarily my style, but I think it will please those who prefer the hoppier flavors. I scored a free sticker too. Bathrooms are really small...and make sure you move the lock latch all the way over...I'll just leave it there.
