I went in and thought I could get a pedicure since it was 2pm on a Tuesday afternoon. It did not…read moreseem too busy. Well... several people came in and had an appointment which I understand but communicate if the wait will be an extended period. They put my feet in the water and I waited for 1 hour with my feet soaking. This was ridiculous and the failure to communicate is not acceptable. They know how long or should know how long the wait will be, then say something. The only reason I stayed is I was traveling the next day but if they would have communicated to come back in 1 hour instead of not saying anything left a very poor customer service experience. I could have easily came back 1 hour later. Since my feet were soaking I felt trapped and should have left after 30 minutes. I spoke to the manager and she apologized but I felt nothing would have changed. I will not go back. Advice is to communicate if wait will be an extended period, most people expect communication and will be patient if you are setting proper expectation. I cannot recommend this establishment.

My first experience was a fill, the next visit was a full set and deluxe pedicure. Today was my third time trying this salon and I had different techs this time. Tao did my fill with gel and was gentle, but also did everything necessary to keep me from my picking ways. I saw Natalie for a basic pedicure and she also went above and beyond. Their massage chairs are over the top amazing. The salon is clean and comfortable with lofi or other music playing and nature playing on the tv. Prices are very comparable to other salons, they have a discount if you pay cash. Don't skip out on this place!

Sherry was DELIGHTFUL! We scheduled another haircut with her for both our girls…read more We were concerned about cutting our youngest hair so short BUT Sherry really expressed how important and was and made us feel so comfortable. Sherry told us we need to keep getting her haircut every 6 weeks because of the blonde and how damaged her hair gets with sun and chlorine. Sherry also said she should sleep with a silk pillowcase to help prevent her hair grabbing and tangling at night. Then to braid her hair at night. Not to use any other hair ties but scrunchies. Buy moisturizer for her hair and put it in every day in middle and ends doesn't need to be at the top because her hair dries out a lot. Sherry said the cut is much better and will help her hair grow healthier, it won't break as quick if we do all the above. Finally Sherry said to also said before she goes in the pool to spray it down with water to prevent chlorine damage because her hair is so blonde.
