Scott is always so kind. I've been coming here for a few years always a walk in since it's usually a spur of the moment thing. I've had Scott a few times. Highly recommend him. The place is clean, the older woman who works up front is very nice. The owner is great, very personable, talks to everyone it is the reason we continue to come back. Every year they also do toys for tattoos around Christmas time. I highly recommend but you will have to get there early! read more

I would give 0 stars if I could. I got a tattoo from Scott. I expressed concern that the placement was not straight and he assured me he does this all the time and it is perfectly straight. It just looked that way due to the way my wrist was laying. As you can see, it is not straight. The lines are wavy and the letters are not good. My 9yo could've done better. I contacted Scott and the owner Joe and asked for a refund, as I am having the tattoo removed. They both refused and simply offered to touch it up, blaming me for the poor placement. [[HIGHLIGHT]]I gave them the opportunity to refund and avoid me negatively reviewing the shop and was told by Joe that he doesn't appreciate threats and is going to report me.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Save yourself some trouble and don't go here. read more

When I walked in, I saw a W lady working the counter helping another W lady and she was so kind, enthusiastic, and helpful, then when it was me next, her demeanor completely changed, which was shocking to me after seeing how she was before. I was only left with the impression that because I was a POC, she changed her tune. I was provided with condescending service. The the W male tattooist out of no where said he wouldn't tattoo me and passed me on to the next and the next. Until the last tattooist had to come and apologize. I believe I was met with discrimination and rac ism and I left. I came back to ask for my paperwork back which contained personal info and was refused. ANY PERSON OF COLOR, THEY IMMEDIATELY SEE YOU AS A PROBLEM. NOT WORTH PROVING THEM WRONG. GO ELSEWHERE!!! read more
