He was nice but coughing like crazy and wasn't wearing a mask or covering his mouth. He ended up cutting my toe pretty bad and it was bleeding and then the head guy took over. I was so disgusted I told them I just wanted them to clean my nails and take my polish off on both my hands and my feet and not apply new polish. I think that must have made the guy mad or something because he sped though my hands as fast as possible cut my fingers all ways with his drill, didn't file them and didn't clean them whatsoever, I will post photos below. He then tried to charge me $60 for the experience and I made him drop it to $40...which is still wildly overpriced for walking out with cuts and scrapes and uglier nails. Jeez thanks. NEVER GO HERE.

They didn't confirm services when we were seated or try to upsell me the spa pedicure. They charge $3 to use a credit card or have an ATM machine at the register. I tipped in cash and would have brought more cash had I known they charge a high fee to use a card.

The purpose of a pedicure is to allow your feet to soak and soften, but that never happened. My feet were only in the water long enough to test the temperature before he immediately began the service. To make matters worse, he started scrubbing my feet with a tool without applying any cream or exfoliating product first. I politely mentioned that my feet never got a chance to soak, and instead of addressing my concern, he looked at me, asked me to repeat myself, and then continued the service as if I hadn't said anything. The shellac polish application was also sloppy and uneven. I now have to clean up excess polish myself at home. I paid extra for paraffin wax, but it was left on for only about three minutes, which defeated the purpose of the treatment. The bottoms of my feet still have dead skin and feel like they were barely worked on. What disappointed me the most was the lack of customer service. When I expressed my concerns to another employee, they seemed completely uninterested and made no effort to resolve the issue. I am leaving this review to share my honest experience. I also have photos and a recording of me expressing my concerns at the salon and the staff's response which I will be positing on social media. Unfortunately, this was one of the worst pedicure experiences I've had, and I will not be returning.
