Dr. Balfour took the time to genuinely listen, thoroughly evaluate my history, and clearly explain my diagnosis, prognosis, and long-term management plan. He provided more clarity, guidance, and direction in a single three-hour visit than I have received over the past two years combined. The office has been exceptional in coordinating referrals to appropriate specialists and ensuring continuity of care. Their responsiveness, compassion, and depth of knowledge are rare. I am incredibly grateful to have found a practice that prioritizes both clinical excellence and patient understanding. I highly recommend Dr. Balfour and his team to anyone seeking thoughtful, comprehensive neurological care.

Like respect your elders she's 90 years old and her primary physician referred us to Balfour. But the manager just dismissed it. You don't dismiss the elderly like that .if she doesn't like her job than quit theirs no need to be rude. I work for La costa glen a lot of residents go here I will definitely let them know about how my grandmother was treated.

THANK YOU Dr Pham. from the warm welcoming of the staff at the front Briselda and the other small girl were so nice, ensured my insurance was correct as the info they had wasnt correct, the medical assistant with the broken foot that helped me, i knew i was in good hands as her mature attitude and warm welcoming felt like i knew her. despite one of their employees being in a cast she still was so nice, her colleagues at one point made sure she was ok and i thought wow what a great team there is here at this office. i would definitely recommend this clinic if you need migraine treatments. -Charly M

I could barely use my arms and hands as well making driving and cooking out of my reach. I still have neuropathy but it is much better. I was working with Dr. Farhidvash but her availibility has decreased significantly since. I asked to be moved under the care of another neurologist and after waiting a month for approval, I was scheduled a couple months later only to be met by a nurse practitioner who assists Dr. F. She informed me that my neuropathy wasn't in their records. Disappointing. Disheartening. I got a referral from my primary care for another neurologist because the Neuron Clinic is terrible.

I truly can't say enough good things about this office. Dr. Choudry is compassionate, attentive, and incredibly easy to talk to. He genuinely makes me feel heard and cared for as a patient, which means so much when dealing with chronic migraines. The staff has also been consistently kind, professional, and responsive. Anytime I call with questions or concerns, they always return my calls promptly and are very helpful. It's clear that everyone in the office cares about their patients and works hard to provide excellent care. I'm very grateful to have found this team and highly recommend them.

Discharge instructions stated to stop his seizure medication. These are not to be stopped cold turkey. I called to ask what he is actually supposed to do and the person who answered said "I don't know, we didn't discharge him and we were there" ok so just stop the medication suddenly and whatever happens happens is on your office then. She said "oh well I can ask the md" and proceeded to question that we were properly given discharge instructions. Ma'am he's being sent home with a pic line and his discharge instructions were more focused on the care for that. Nothing was specifically mentioned about his medications. And if you think Tri city hospital does a thorough go over of the discharge instructions then I rest my case on the incompetent
