I asked to be moved under the care of another neurologist and after waiting a month for approval, I was scheduled a couple months later only to be met by a nurse practitioner who assists Dr. F. She informed me that my neuropathy wasn't in their records. Disappointing. Disheartening. I got a referral from my primary care for another neurologist because the Neuron Clinic is terrible.

This woman should not be in this line of work. I had to cut her off from her intrusive questioning to remind her I was there for my results and had nothing more to say to her. Whether it's a simple check up or a specialist, all of your drs communicate with each other, they don't leave it up to you to call these places to sit on hold for hours!
