I have repeatedly had to make multiple phone calls and return visits because things were not handled correctly during my initial appointment. Simple tasks seem to require constant follow-up, which is frustrating and time-consuming. I am also very concerned about the accuracy of my blood pressure readings. On two separate occasions, a male staff member recorded unusually high readings and informed me that my blood pressure was elevated. However, when my blood pressure was taken by a female staff member and when I monitored it at home as instructed by my doctor, the readings were consistently normal. This raises serious concerns about whether proper procedures are being followed. While I highly recommend the doctors, the office staff's lack of consistency and attention to detail has made my overall experience disappointing. 45 min wait time after coming 10 minutes prior to appointment time. Staff is rude and cannot draft a return to work properly if their life depended on it.
