He laughed in my face when I asked if it could be something in my home environment making me sick. And then he told me I wasn't really sick. When I read the after visit summary, I was shocked to read the assessment was that I have anxiety and depression and need to be referred to psych. That was never even discussed in my 4 minute visit and I was disgusted to see my physical pain and life disruption to be dismissed as "all in her head!". Save yourself the visit bill and find a clinic who actually cares to listen to patients.

After 12 years of being their loyal patient and even bringing my mom and kids there, I scheduled a wellness exam for my daughter with a first available medical doctor since we were overdue to wait for our primary doctor. The doctor was talking about allergies and other issues, even though I didn't ask him or want to go on and on about it and had to tell him multiple times that we know how to deal with that. Park Nicollet double charged me for a wellness and an office visit. After I tried to dispute this unfair charge, they turned me around. Very disappointed. I have a pretty rare medical condition, and information I found indicated that the medications prescribed could cause issues. And yes, I know there's a lot of false information online, which is Why I Called. I told him what happened to me and he basically called me a liar. I had a severe reaction to Zofran while the paramedics were working on me. My blood pressure, according to paramedics, was 80/40. I told him that and he said, verbatim, "No it wasn't." I told him the paramedics had to try 3 times to even get a blood pressure on me. He said, verbatim, "No they didn't." My husband was in the room when paramedics were there and saw/heard all of this. I told Smiley I was concerned because my condition is rare and some doctors aren't familiar with it. The doctors have told me this. Smiley said that wasn't true. He said that since the meds were prescribed in hospital there is no issue and I should just take them. So aside from giving me bad medical advice, he was rude and dismissive. I can't help but think that if I was a man I would have gotten better treatment. I don't know if Voyage records phone calls like some businesses do, but if they do I would highly recommend they listen to the call. That being said, everyone else at the Voyage clinic in Osseo are absolutely wonderful and I've gotten great care from them. Big shoutout to Mr. Horn and the rest of the staff.

Before surgery, while waiting in the waiting room, a nurse came in and thoughtfully offered my 3-year-old a coloring sheet, a teddy bear, and colored pencils. Every team member addressed me by name, and Dr. John even took the time to personally call me to let me know the surgery went well. That call brought immense comfort and reassurance during a stressful moment. The facility itself is large and well-equipped, with a gift shop, cafeteria, pharmacy, and other medical offices all within the building. Parking was a bit challenging--the lot is large and was full, and no matter where you park, there is a fair walk to the building--but once inside, the experience more than makes up for it. While heading to the pharmacy, I accidentally went up to the second level when it's actually located on the first. A kind woman who worked there noticed I was lost and not only redirected me, but walked me all the way to the pharmacy, even though it was a bit of a distance. Along the way, she made small talk with my toddler, engaging him and making him feel seen and excited. That kindness did not go unnoticed. My son and I left for the duration of the surgery, which lasted a few hours. When we returned, staff even offered my son a popsicle. We declined, but once again I found myself thinking--how genuinely kind and thoughtful are these people? From check-in to discharge, we felt supported, informed, and cared for as a family. We are incredibly grateful for such a positive experience and would highly recommend this team and facility to anyone seeking quality, compassionate care.

Blood squirting by the time I got home. Husband drove me to Mercy in Coon Rapids. They had no rooms available in the ER but put me on a bed in the hallway, which was fine and worked on me for several hours. Thought an artery was nicked and had to give me 6 injections of blood clotting medications. Finally stopped bleeding. I will never go back to North Memorial Maple Grove again. I did appreciate they had a hearing test area and I was able to get a test during my appointment and didn't have to go somewhere else it come back. Ann helped me with this and was very kind and helpful. They do have a couple of other locations as well Coon Rapids and St Louis Park. I was able to get into the Maple Grove location in a timely matter. I would highly recommend this clinic to try to get to the bottom of issues they really seem to know what's going on. Thank you
