He actually did my cleaning himself (rather than just let a hygienist do it.) I'm always confident that he isn't trying to "trick" me into procedures that I don't need just to make an extra buck. He has also been very punctual for all my appointments. Nothing irritates me more than arriving to an appointment five 5-10 minutes early only to sit in the waiting room for 30-45 minutes because they are behind schedule. Unfortunately, I will no longer be returning due to repeated issues with the front office recently, specifically with Juanita. During my last visit, I paid out of pocket because the front desk staff couldn't verify my insurance. Later, my insurance did cover the visit, and I had to obtain reimbursement on my own. When my daughter needed treatment, Juanita scheduled it a month out, saying it was because of my "insurance" despite the pain my daughter was in. Over time, my interactions with Juanita have consistently been unpleasant. She is often rude, dismissive, and lacks empathy. At our last visit, she greeted us with a smirk, did not acknowledge us properly, and seemed to recognize us only because of the prior insurance issue. She even made comments about how difficult my insurance was to work with and implied it was somehow my fault. The last conversation I had with her was particularly unprofessional -- she was confrontational, and I had to ask her multiple times to watch her tone. After years of trusting this clinic, it's very disappointing that the actions of one front office staff member have driven us to find care elsewhere. I truly hope management- Paula addresses this behavior so that other families don't experience the same disrespect.

I use Forney Wellness for my teenager and myself and will be taking my 8 & 6 year old there as well from now on. I've generally looked over the previous appointments where I spent more times waiting than with them a dentist. Including one time I just left after waiting almost an hour after being seated. So me being ten minutes late after rounding up two kids and not being seen like it was 30 minutes or something was just the nail in the coffin.
