A week later the bonding broke off, so I went to Mint to see if they could do a better job. Their quote was unusually high, so I asked if they had contacted my insurance. I knew my insurance would cover it, because they had just covered the same procedure last week. Long story short Mint REFUSED to even contact my insurance. I was flabbergasted. In all my life I've never had a dentist who refused to even submit. If the insurance carrier denies the claim then fine, but they wouldn't even SUBMIT it. They just wanted my money.
