My great grandmother's vase was stuck with mud in the bronze vessel and I had a gentleman who was so kind and helped me get it open once again so I could put flowers inside. I also had the opportunity to talk to a woman earlier on in the year to help find some other family member's grave sites and she definitely went above and beyond to help me out. When there was a big loss in my family this fall, my sisters and I worked with Bill Cutler, Sr. to make the needed arrangements. He was patient, kind, sympathetic, and explained all of our options. The family chooses the details but they make sure it happens from prayer cards, to the program, catering, etc. We had our luncheon following the service there on the property so no one had to leave to drive somewhere else. A nice feature is that memorial services are broadcast livestream so family overseas were able to witness the service in real time. The link is live for 30 days. What I didn't know beforehand is that they offer grief support groups regularly with licensed professionals. It's a safe place to talk about your loved one and grief in an accepted place where other people get it.
