Getting Joe assigned as your VA appraiser is the WORST possible outcome imaginable. He will always require a final inspection, takes hours to review a property, when you mention his name your agents get very upset and want their seller to walk from the deal. He waits until the last day or day after the assignment is due to issue the report and/or tidewater notice. It is an awful experience from start to finish. read more
