I had recently gotten the wrong tooth pulled by another office here in Anchorage and Dr. Johnson's office have been nothing but supportive throughout. They got me a temporary retainer with two teeth filled in where I was missing until I got my braces put on. All of the staff is just absolutely lovely. I've never been so impressed with so many people working in one place! Lol. They've sent me cards congratulating me on my pregnancy and another just being really supportive and caring. Although I am not a patient of theirs (I live in Seattle), I called to see if they might be willing to sell me some wax. They were super helpful and friendly, and told me to come on in. Emily gave me three little containers of wax and didn't charge me a dime! It was instant relief when I put the wax on the wire that was stabbing me and seriously salvaged my whole vacation! Any medical office who is willing to help someone in need, whether it's a patient of theirs or not, gets an A+ in my book. This says a lot about their philosophy of care. Wax is hard to find in drugstores so I am eternally grateful to Dr. DuClos's staff for their kindness.

I have had crown work, extractions and bone graphs after the extractions here oh also implants and of course the bi-annual cleanings. I even see friends I know coming here getting their teeth worked on. I heard they also have a 4th Dr. that recently joined the practice. Billing is straight forward and they work with you on planning procedures and letting you know how much of your benefit you have used and have left. I blame those refrigerators in the 70's growing up that gave you crushed ice in the door for the reason I have cracked fissured teeth. LOL! I'm an ice cruncher! Well they take care of me here and I'm always hearing how Dr. Ryan and his other Drs. Are going out to learn new cutting edge techniques and procedures.
