Brian came and did all the pre-work for measurements and ordering and was very flexible with installation timeline, as we were scheduling install before our move into the home. Brian had great communication in the lead up to the install, including ensuring delivery & acclimation of flooring materials. His team showed up right on time, communicated exactly what they were going to do and completed the job quickly & efficiently. It took nearly 3 full days to complete the job, but all the while they showed me progress, explained how to care for the floor, and even came back a few weeks later to add additional trim for the stairway leading up, to match the newly installed trim. Brian communicated prior to, during, and after installation to ensure we were happy with our floors and service.
