Every single person in this office is just as nice as the next. They have been with me through happiness and sadness about my teeth and my children. They draw up special treatment plans for you so that you know exactly what to expect and you get no surprises when it comes to payment. So professional. And, you can get as little or as much done as you wish in each appointment (provided you schedule it of course!) The technicians are also wonderful and put you at ease, and offer SPA TREATMENTS anytime you get work done! I have had them all! Neck wraps, paraffin hand waxes, eye treatments, the works. It makes you feel so comfortable! I was always afraid of the dentist office until I started coming here. When you go through the office, there are pictures everywhere of people with beautiful teeth! Turns out, these are their family and patients too! What a great, true advertisement! Lastly, and perhaps most important, the Dentists have heart.... true, caring, sharing professionals who have one concern and only one concern and that is YOU as their patient. Of course we pay them, it is a business, but they don't concentrate on the money, ever. In fact, most recently, Dr. Vagnozzi even did an emergency bonding on a broken tooth in time for my vacation. It was tooth magic and she did not even charge me! Dr. Grossman is amazing and so professional and yet warm and caring as well. I know that any time I have to go there, no matter who they have work on me, it will be perfect! We would not dream of going anywhere else... ever. Its a bit of a distance for us to drive and worth every extra minute. They are not open weekends, but bend over backwards to get you late appointments and that is good for me. Pennington dental was recommended by a friend of ours so we decided to check it out. Thanks to their website, I was able to book my appointment online (and change it when i realized I had a scheduling conflict) - huge win. The office is very nice, and despite my first visit being during the time of Covid, I felt cared for and safe through my visit. My hygienists' name was Devon, and she was an absolute delight. The doctor as well was professional yet friendly, and both answered my endless questions. There was hardly a wait, despite my appointment being at midday. Thoroughly recommend - I can't believe I'm saying this, but I can't wait to go back to the dentist!

What I thought would be a terrifying experience actually turned out to be manageable!! Thanks to Dr. LIsa Yosevitz gentle and compassionate approach I no longer suffer with major anxiety going to the dentist. I was told by the office staff "doctor doesn't say much, but he knows what he's doing....." I will agree with that assessment. Doctor Hoffman is a knowledgeable practitioner. The office experience, however, was a definite disappointment. After my tooth was extracted and bone grafting was done, the office stated I owed them 692 $, and that my insurance covered the extraction - only at 92$. I paid the $692 and then did my research with my insurance company. What I found out was exactly the OPPOSITE. My copay was $92.00 and the rest was covered. When I confronted the office staff with this issue, the person whom I dealt with in the office, said "yes, I said that" and then agreed with my opinion "that it was dishonest". Third party billing.... issues etc. Bottom line, if you don't mind a non-communicative dentist who seems to know what he's doing and a dishonest office staff, Pennington Family Dentist is your destination. They have a comfortable office with great nature views and a friendly staff. In fact, I've become friends with the staff there and enjoy catching up during every visit. Gone are the days of worrying about a painful dentist visit as these professionals are experienced and caring enough to know how to make a patient feel safe and comfortable. They are meticulous about their work too and I am happy to smile and show off my teeth to everyone! My son had his braces done by Dr DeSimone 18 years ago. Since then I have referred 3 other people to her practice. They are all down to earth and couldn't be nicer or more accommodating. You are always made to feel welcome no matter how busy they are. Unfortunately now a days you just do not receive this level of customer care except at Dr Karen DeSimone's office. Just returning from international travel, I was a bit jet lagged but I managed to make the appointment. On arrival, I informed the receptionist that the answering service stated they were not in the office today... she replied "yea, we have to get that fixed...." Next, I was scurried into a room where the dental hygienist took X-rays and reviewed her steps very thoroughly for me. She was exceptionally informative and kind. Lastly, the Doc came in, abruptly, asked if "I had pain in this tooth" ... I replied no, but remembered, I had been experiencing intermittent pain when I was away. The concern on his face, was alarming to me, as the patient. I asked "do you think the tooth may be dead?" ... inaudible response left me very anxious. The next question from the doc "are you allergic to penicillin?" I replied no. He started me on heavy antibiotics and left the room just as abruptly. He may have said what I already knew: the tooth had to come out. Like many, I have dental phobia from bad experiences with dental procedures. Today, I inquired about how this doctor is with patients that experience such anxiety... I was told "he (doctor) may not say much, but he knows what he's doing" After this tooth extraction next week, I will update this review.

If not for the big sign on the main road pointing toward the house, one would never imagine that this is actually a dental office. Inside, the waiting room is just as quaint. The walls are elegantly decorated by half wood panels and half wall paper. It is the picture of an old rustic small town doctors office, and the receptionist is a friendly young lady with a pretty smile. Our visit today is for one of my teenage daughters teeth cleaning. The visit was short, and the service excellent.
