The office staff is always nice and professional. If you need a refill you just call and it's ordered within minutes. Dr Nutis is a no nonsense, take no prisoners straight forward, tell it like it is Doctor. I appreciate that and I am always forthcoming with her about my health when I visits. She is kind but firm. Her nurse practitioners are similar in the like of her lead, when seeing patients, or at least with me. The place is always clean, and comfortable- plenty of AC or Heat depending on the season. And yes you may wait in a room for an hour before seeing the doctor but that's typical any where here. I chalk it up to time spent with patients listening to them, talking to them. I know that's what happens on my visits. I rarely seem "RUSHED" to hurry up the visit so the DR. Or NP can get to another patient. They want to know everything I'm saying so they can get the treatment right. That is sometimes a rarity at clinics and dr's offices in this town, no being rushed thru like cattle. I have regular appointments always scheduled. Call in and see if they are taking patients.... It's a good practice.

What a wonderful professional experience from the receptionist through the entire practice. Had…read moreappointment with the Nurse Practitioner who completed though first appointment overview. Went through my medical past asked all of right questions inorder to get a practical treatment plan inplace that would benefit me health wise for the future . Offered me practical health advise that would'nt cost me any out of pocket cash on expensive medications that I could do on my own. Very short wait time from reception to seeing the Nurse Practitioner. I ran out of life saving medication on the weekend after my appointment , called the office on Monday for some samples until I received my new perscription. Fifteen minutes after my call , I had 6 bottles of samples which would last me about a month were waiting for me at the front desk. Yes it is true I havent had an appointment with the Chief Physician of the practice Dr. Douglas Alorgbey but he is the person that approved or hired all of the people that work with in the practice which means to me he must be a well respected Physician that is looked up to as a leader in the medical profession. My husband was in the ER, and the ER doctor contacted Dr. Benedetti to update her on his condition and to ensure that he would be seen by her. I also called her office myself to request an urgent appointment. The staff told me they would call me back after speaking with the doctor, but I never received a call. I followed up the next day and was told the same thing--again, no response. Given the seriousness of my husband's condition and the lack of follow-through, I had no choice but to find another cardiologist. That doctor immediately took action, called an ambulance, and admitted my husband to the hospital. Unfortunately, this wasn't my first disappointing experience with Dr. Benedetti. I was also a patient of hers in the past and eventually left due to similar concerns. I don't feel that she takes proper care of her patients, and I would not recommend her based on our experiences.

And one male scheduler I spoke to was very rude. When I asked if he could fax the orders to the hospital he told me if he did it would cause the surgery to be cancelled. But then he called me back and told me he had confirmation that the orders had been faxed. When I asked at the registration desk they told me they had just received them. I'm very disappointed.
