I was looking for chiropractors online and I was impressed with the reviews I saw for Dr. Polucki. I've been suffering with neck and shoulder problems for years and have had mixed experiences with chiropractors in the past. When I went for my initial consultation I I told him about my concerns and he asked me a few more questions about things that I thought were unrelated. My balance was so bad that I could hardly walk and all of my joints were swollen with inflammation. I would've never thought that Chiropractic could help with those issues. But within a couple of weeks of an anti-inflammatory diet,some supplements and exercises I did at home I could tell a major difference. I needed a walker for nearly a year but by the end of the first month I barely even needed a cane. At this point the chiropractic care is minimal but I will continue to use the diet and I love the supplements Because I thought I was going blind with macular degeneration but now I I can read and the black spots are gone. I babysit four dogs and four cats and have two ferrets and three cats of my own so Having my balance and sight back and being able to walk without a cane at this point makes all the difference in the world to me. My husband asked some close friends to pray for me for my health challenges. Seems like forever that I've been dealing with neck pain. But what really disturbed me was my 10 years of ankle pain that was making me walk like my grandmother. I have been seeing Dr. Polucki for a couple months now for severe sciatica pain and other lower back issues. Before I started by first treatment, I could barely walk from my living room to my kitchen without screaming in pain. Dr. Polucki is awesome!! I have a cervical bulging disc that was giving me extreme pain in my neck and arm that all started about 8 months ago . I tried everything from epidurals to pain meds ,acupuncture, physical therapy and chiropractors. Nothing worked at all. My general doctor told me that I would need a surgery and that would be the only solution. Luckily I ran in to my friend one day and he noticed that I was in a lot of pain and he told me about Dr. Polucki. Since I started working with Dr. Polucki, just a few weeks ago, I am sleeping better. I am able to move better. I was a little nervous about getting an adjustment during the covid-19 shut down. Dr. Polucki and his staff were meticulously careful with masks, sanitizing the office and staggering appointments. I first started seeing Dr Polucki when he was referred by a friend. I was experiencing numbness in my arms and hands. I am otherwise in good health, so it seemed out of the blue. After spending 3 days in bed with barely having enough energy to eat or drink my husband decided to make the trip to Newhall to see Dr. Polucki with me. Being a 44yr old diabetic women with a very young child I needed to find some energy to at least eat properly to regain my health. I love that even with the extra COVID-19 precautions I can get in to see Dr. Polucki when I need it. But I also really love that I need it so much less because of the supplements and homework that he gives me so that I can stay safer at home as well. I have recently had a virus infection that dogged me for weeks. I asked Dr. Polucki about it and he helped me to get well with a couple of supplements and an easy exercise.
