Our company had a trencher reserved at another rental yard for several days ahead of time and when arriving to pick up, we were told it was out of commission. This left us with no way to start on a job we had committed to on that day. We called up Thomas Rentals, they had what we needed and were willing to hold it for us even though we'd never done business with them before. I cannot say enough good things about this company. All the staff is extremely friendly and a pleasure to do business with. I rented a bobcat for a week. At the end of the week I realized I needed it longer. When I called they were extremely understanding and basically stated whatever you need. Great guys, good equipment, good prices. I rented a bobcat and rock auger for the weekend and they price was very competitive and everything worked as it should. I wish they rented dump trailers. (Hint, hint) I've only worked with them once but I'll be back. Give them a shot! read more
