Time to say good bye to other rental companies. First let me begin with the customer service. There were a couple of young ladies at the front desk when I walked in for the first time who not only greeted me but offered me cookies. One of them in particular, Maddie (hoped I spelled correctly) was very professional, respectful and courteous. Her positive attitude and assistance with processing my request was terrific. Now about the equipment... I rented the wood chipper. This thing was a beast and was ready to take on up to 12" diameter logs. I used it over the weekend out at my property and it never failed or bogged down. This chipper was a haus and if you need to do some wood chipping I highly recommend renting it. It was very clean when I received it and came with a full tank of gas. Just make sure to fill it up before you drop off.

This left us with no way to start on a job we had committed to on that day. We called up Thomas Rentals, they had what we needed and were willing to hold it for us even though we'd never done business with them before. On Saturday (6/6) we called to see how much it would be for a week since they did not pick it up....the price was not much difference than a one day price. They charged us for one week so you would think they would have picked it up the following Saturday. It sat there until they picked up at the leisure on the 17th. and then up charged us for the extra days. They took no responsibility at all since they were told we were renting it for the week not week and a half. Not happy with this company and there lack of responsibility.
