And based on positive previous experiences, this was my first stop. So I checked out their selection, noted prices, and ultimately decided to shop around before pulling the trigger. That was a mistake. I wasted half my day at the other used appliance shops, most of which ooze shadiness. Then on to the big box stores. The Orange One literally quoted me three weeks for delivery of an oven they have in stock. The Blue One told me they will deliver, but do not install gas appliances. And of course, both of them were considerably more expensive anyhow. So I went back to Appliance Liquidation Outlet and bought the original oven I saw this morning. They loaded it up into their delivery truck, followed me to the rental property, hooked it up, and hauled the old one away. All in the matter of an hour. Don't waste your day. Just go here first and support a local business. They have the best reviews in town for a reason; large selection, helpful staff, fair prices.

They worked hard all day wrapping and loading furniture, into the evening unloading and uncovering my furniture and put everything where I wanted it. The crew leader then claimed they were not scheduled to start until 10:00 AM, contradicting what I was told when booking. The crew was inefficient throughout the move. They handled furniture carelessly during disassembly and even asked us for tools because they lacked the necessary equipment. They also arrived late to the storage unit and claimed they got lost, causing further delays that made it seem as though time and charges were being unnecessarily extended. I raised these concerns with Rico, the owner. Although he adjusted the bill, I later learned through my husband that his employees were listening to our private conversation on speaker while they were on mute, which I found highly unprofessional. The crew leader also gave Rico inaccurate information, claiming he arrived earlier than he actually did and that they had trouble accessing the apartment complex. My daughter and son were present and know neither claim was true. Overall, there were too many inconsistencies, excuses, and instances of dishonesty. A simple one-bedroom move should not have taken as long as it did, especially compared to larger moves our family has completed. I chose this company based on its reviews, but my experience was awful. Due to the poor professionalism, communication, efficiency, and respect for the customer's time and money, I would not use this company again or recommend it to others.
