I really appreciated the time she took to talk with me before each appointment, getting updates on any physical symptoms or issues I was having as well as emotional ones, checking my pulse and my tongue and then getting started. She also always explained what acupuncture points she would be focusing on and why. Her heated bed and heat lamp are divine, and she always offers essential oil aromatherapy, which I loved. Felt nothing and a waste of time. Shame on this place. She later on focused more on my back than anything else. I didn't get the arms, the legs, or the feet. This place is a joke. I called and asked for a specific massage, the women I spoke with over the phone said yes we offer…read morethose services! It took me about a half hour to get there, when I arrive, I said I called and spoke with someone. Immediately, the lady who came out said nope we don't offer! So ok I asked what services she offered and said ok. The entire time of of my massage she was rough! I asked her could she not give that much pressure. Don't get me wrong I like a good amount of pressure in the massage. But she was giving enough pressure as to where I was thinking I was going to have bruises all over my back. I was not happy with the service, I also felt like she tried to rush through it. If I could give this place a 0 I would. I don't know if they treat the women differently from men, but my service was horrible.
