After paying a $100 additional fee to be guaranteed on time delivery from that vendor, they gaslit me for weeks before finally admitted they lost my order. It was just days before my work event and I was left with nothing that I had ordered or paid for. Unfortunately, a visible slit was cut into the front of the jacket. When I raised the issue, there was no apology or accountability--just deflection and excuses. They offered to reimburse half of what I paid, but that doesn't begin to cover the cost of the damaged clothing caused by poor embroidery. For context, I asked if they could have the order ready a day early, only if it wouldn't compromise quality. They agreed, but based on the results, it appears the job may have been rushed and lacked quality control. If meeting the earlier deadline wasn't feasible, they should have said so. I would have preferred a slight delay over this outcome. They also have not returned one of our lab coats (over a month from when we picked up everything else) which was supposed to be embroidered but wasn't completed in time. If you value your clothing and expect to be treated professionally, I recommend looking elsewhere. In my experience, this business was careless, dismissive, and unaccountable.

Once of the Etsy store patches did not reflect the provided logo correctly. Keep in mind when you are ordering online these are the kinds of issues you can run into. Lindsey is a life saver…read more I got married in AZ and in lue of a gater toss I was going to retire my bachelor jersey. Found a place online and the jersey wasn't expected to arrive on time. So off to yelp I go to find a replacement. I came across Show and Tell on a Monday. Lindsey and I had a couple of exchanges via email where I explained the vision. While they didn't have a jersey, they did have a shirt and so be it. She was able to print and have it ready for me by Thursday. I was in West Valley on Thursday, but she stuck around on a Friday afternoon until I was able to pick it up and the shirt was perfect. My best man caught the shirt and plans to toss it at his wedding.
