It is not owned by a developer or other real estate professional, but an actual resident. I found that refreshing when I came in one day to talk to the editor. They are approachable, consider and they even give money to the local school and award a scholarship. A real paper with a purpose.

I'm not sure what the story is there. We always read the Opinions first. Very entertaining. I would like to pass an idea along for you. On Beloat just west of 222nd Avenue there is a company that has a huge crane in the back lot. You can see from the road that many cranes have built nests on the crane and there is always a lot of bird activity there. I think this would be an excellent photo-op for the paper.

I have complained several times that they didn't deliver my paper, & all I get is the run around. Some take my address & promise that they will make sure I get my paper... Which they don't! Others, give me an attitude & say, well, it's a free paper, so tough luck..... I wonder how their advertisers would feel about them not delivering the paper with their paid ads in it??? This paper has switched owners & their customer service has really gone down hill.
