The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, ensuring that I was taken care of every step of the process, even with my lower pain tolerance! Irene suggested we do a Morpheus8 treatment to handle my skin tone, texture and hyperpigmentation. She started out my numbing my skin for up to 45 minutes. When we began the Morpheus treatment, I felt almost nothing due to the topical numbing cream they used. With this treatment, tiny needles puncture the skin while radiofrequency energy gets emitted through the tips of the needles. It was relaxing more than anything! Irene was really friendly and it was enjoyable to have the treatment done with her. She frequently checked in with me to make sure I wasn't uncomfortable or experiencing any pain. She was quick and efficient during the treatment. At the end, she placed on an Alastin recovery serum and I was on my way! Came into my appointment to be told I did indeed have to specify exactly what I wanted to get done in advance because the nurse was booked up and had no time for my full desired treatment. I had a feeling that this would happen but still went to my appointment due to the repeated reassurance that I would simply just have to specify what I needed when I actually got there.
