They came across an old large tree who come to find out was a hollow one. We had a tree removed, and two trees trimmed. These guys never stopped. They are hard workers and made sure the job was done by the end of day. They got here early and stayed late into the evening. I have already recommended them to my mom and when recommend to anyone. My old tree was one bad storm away from falling. So glad we planned to get this taken care of by this team. Can NOT recommend this business…read more No one showed. Called owner (Justin) 30 minutes after appointment time, he said his salesman had come and spoken with someone. Told him his salesman went to the wrong house - I was at the home 15 min before the appt time and no one showed. Told him a 'no-show' is a bad first impression, gives the customer doubt the business is competent. Recommended his salesman take map reading classes re: how to find the right address - but that I was willing to try again. Justin said 'I can tell you sound irritated and you are very insulting - I do not think we can serve you." I agreed and hung up. Justin violated every rule of "taking care of the customer' in a single 1-minute phone call! Most definitely not a business that seems interested in growing its customer base, and not a business that deserves customers ... !

We received two ricks of wood and they were extremely wet. To the point of steaming when we put them on the fire... my partner called and texted about the quality - Bob's did not return his calls or texts. I called from another number, they did answer and then confirmed giving us a refund but never showed up on the day we scheduled. We are just going to keep the wood and season it ourselves at this point, it has been a huge hassle and not worth the premium we paid for the wood. We have since found another supplier that barn seasons the wood. They did show up and stack the wood nicely. Could be a great supplier for wood for next season if you have a covered place to store.

When I offered to pay less for less firewood, they again refused and took all of the wood away leaving me with nothing. Last year, we had a similar issue but they added the additional wood to make it right. Based on that, I decided to use them again. That was a mistake.
