When they removed the posts they left three posts with cement on my side of the fence. The 4 x 4 posts were still in the cement and they were broke off still way above ground and very jaggard where a child or even my dogs could have gotten hurt from the jaggard wood post. They should've completely removed these old posts or at least had them below ground level and covered up

He came out the next day and gave me a written estimate which was very reasonable. He said they use private contractors to do the painting. They have a number of different crews and he said he would contact one of them and get them to come out asap. Two weeks later he contacted me and said he was sending a crew out and they would be here shortly. In a short time a 2 man crew arrived and got all set up. They have quite an operation and use 55 gallon drums of paint hooked up to a power sprayer. In a short time my entire fence was done. It was done very well and hopefully will last a long time. You can not go wrong using Penrod and they are a very good local business.

We dug around and down and used a reciprocating saw to cut it flat and made sure it was way below ground level which took a few hours to do (which it really wasn't our responsibility to do this at all-it was the company's responsibility to remove these).
