He does have a shop but it is by appointment only so if you're in a hurry he might not be able to accommodate you but when you can work with him you will save a of money and get good thorough work. Tony was our hero, he called multiple places just to get us in and helped. When we didn't know the tires sizes Tony didn't hesitate to come look at the car and help. After jump starting our car, he tried to find out the root of the problem. He tested the battery and ruled out a weak battery. The problem was a loose ground wire to the battery from possibly pot holes. Tony didn't have to fix our problem but he did. 100 percent recommend Rapid Roadside to use when you get stuck.

The first issue was that my vehicle sat for 9 days without being touched because the supplemental request for payment from Geico was submitted incorrectly. It took someone from the shop that long before they reached out to me at which point I contacted Geico myself to get the adjuster to come out and look at my car. Next after having my vehicle for 43 days to bd exact the paint color is wrong and the painter is out for the wee. So I still do not have my vehicle fixed properly after 44 days and counting. This has been the most horrible experience I have ever had. Not only is my vehicle not the right color I have been now paying for a rental car for 13 days because it's past the 30 day mark of the insurance paying for the rental car. This has been very expensive and also frustrating! I would not recommend you wasting your time going to this shop, you will end up very disappointed! Please save your TIME and MONEY!!

I was towed from a "Business Patrons, 1 hour" section on a Saturday night. Businesses were closed…read more(except for the pizza spot), very few cars in the lot. I went back out after 1.5 hours to get a bag and check on my car, it was gone. I told the dispatcher I had a sound check for a show, the parking garage nearby is closed, businesses were mostly closed and no one was in the lot, and had returned to check on it it -- he initially felt bad but then became rude, stating it was $425 and wouldn't budge on price. Keep in mind, city tows are $275. I got there after my show at 12:30am -- just a truck sitting at the gate, no light, no office. The kid there said he was just about to leave. I asked for a receipt by text and never received a response. I also asked for the contract between the property management co and Kosiken's, no response. They could have written a ticket or put a boot on. This is legal theft & coercion.
