That body shop did such a horrible job and was so difficult to work with that I decided to look into trying another shop, which is when I came across Kaczars. Kaczars was able to handle all insurance issues related to work already done and they made it so easy. When I got my car back, I felt like I just got it off the lot. It was absolutely perfect! I would recommend to anyone to go over ALL work/ everything supposed to be completed, even if that means crawling under your rv or getting up on the roof, and having them tell you exactly how they completed the repairs prior to paying & assuming that the work was completed in an acceptable professional manner, only to find out months later that it was not.
